  1. I FINALLY FINISHED CROSSFIRE!!! Whew, quite a series, really good all around~ Luhan was pretty great, his acting has gotten so good~ And it was nice to see him work with Leo Wu, they're both super talented~ I liked how it ended with the team ending up losing the Championship and going on to win later. I wasn't expecting them to go down that route but it's much more interesting that way~ Guess I'll have to start Sisyphus before it's too late and this variety comes out next
  2. I agree with you, I don't think we should treat all idols a certain way because of what one has done. I was just asking what you would in that instance because I've just seen it time and time again with fans, and it only ends up with them disappointed by constant scandals (not that they were career ending but some fans lose it over ANY scandal). It was just a question BTW, I was just curious of your answer~
  3. If something comes out tomorrow about the other members, will you still wholeheartedly support them? I'm just asking, like we've been saying, you don't know what your faves are doing behind closed doors. If it takes you seeing it for you to stop stanning, then I'd be wary of supporting anyone. This is not me trying to tell you to stan or not stan but I (personal opinion) think people are being a bit dramatic with this dropping them entirely or not enjoying their music anymore. For all you know, they could all be this way, you just don't know it. Or it could not be the case and Irene never does this again. Would it not just be better to acknowledge what she did wrong and try to move forward from there? Again, not me telling you what to do. If you feel you don't want to support Irene anymore, it's your choice, by all means. Just saying, if another scandal happens in the future with another member, what will you do?
  4. Again, pressing "like" does not mean these people had the same experience. It could, or it could just be support. Fans need to stop trying to play detective here and figure out all of who she potentially yelled at.
  5. Some GG stans have this delusion that the entire K-POP industry caters to men and they get away with everything. A male idol would be given much less benefit of the doubt, less excuses, probably would have been called a sexist/misogynist/woman hater (if the staff was a woman), fans called oppalogists, etc. That's just the facts of it. Like I said, does Irene deserve to be completely cancelled over this? No. But she is getting a fraction of the criticism a male idol would have.
  6. This type of shit has always annoyed me. The whole "Irene hates men" thing has never been cute. I really don't know why Twatter would WANT an image of their idol hating a certain group of people as a badge of honor. Anyway, on topic, hope Irene doesn't behave like this in the future. I don't care about why she would have done this, if she apologized (whether just to save her image or not), she was in the wrong. If a male idol did this, there would have been no "but he could have been having a bad day or pmsing uwu". Raging at someone for 20 minutes isn't cool and she should be held accountable. On that note, y'all really need to stop taking peoples' actions on social media as like "signs". The post being liked could just be support, it doesn't mean they all had the same experience. Maybe the did or maybe the didn't but just liking the post doesn't mean anything for us to just assume that it means they had the same experience. Lastly, hope this shows fans to stop acting like they know their idols. We can all say "I don't THINK he/she would ever" but you never know these people personally. Irene is just as capable as going off on someone as anyone else and she has to apologize for it like anyone else would. All of these Twatter posts like "Well I accepted her apology" like eeeehhh it's not your apology to accept. If the person/people she wronged accept and she doesn't do it again, that's what matters to me. Obviously I'm not going to hold this over Irene's head forever or hate her for it, like I said, not my apology to accept and it's stupid to witch hunt her over it.
  7. YAASS KWEEN WE LOVE TO SEE IT 180 makes us even since I probably got 180 combined over the past 7 years
  8. Well, question, are you genuinely incapable of finishing your school year in person? Like do you think you just won't be able to work properly unless you're at home?
  9. Yus good brag, 9/10~ But my Seventeen fave is Joshua, I won't be swayed so easily unless you got some shirtless pics or somethin RECENT SHE SAYS 20 selfies a day X 30 days 600 selfies 30 days worth of selfies X 3 months 1,800 selfies Thought I wouldn't roll the numbers, hmmmmmmmmmm
  10. Explain the situation to your parents, I'm sure they will want what's best for you and if you explain that online is better, I don't see why they wouldn't at least consider it~
  11. If you're talking about Alex, then I don't think she was lazy, but it was obvious a huge reason she was often put on the sidelines was because she couldn't speak Korean. Also the VISA issues made it so it was difficult for her to perform with them or be in MVs. I'm not surprised since her entire addition into the group was mad sloppy. Thankfully Leia and Fatou speak Korean so we don't have to worry about that nonsense anymore~ I really hope DR doesn't screw this lineup up. Just ONCE, I would like them to have a semi-decent promotional period Also, we're long beyond the point where the OP could use some sprucing up~ @D'Arco? @Kikyo91?
  12. @DRK, you still not the OP~ It's BEGGGIIINNGG to be updated
  13. Well "stanning" might be hard if it's an inactive group, but getting into them and watching their old content? Nothing wrong with that at all.
  14. I'm getting so sick of weebs who have this mentality that "Japanese = better". Like it's a no contest thing. That opinions can't possibly exist I started playing Genshin Impact lately and you can't watch a single video of the game being played with spoken dialogue without someone questioning why an English speaking person using the English speaking audio isn't playing the game in Japanese because the "English is CANCEROUS" and the "Japanese one is THE ONLY good version". They are so far up their weeb assholes that they're referring to the Japanese version as the "Sub" even though Genshin Impact is a Chinese game. The Chinese version, for all purposes, is the original, while everything else is the dub. Yet they still act like the English, Chinese, and Korean dubs are all just inferior versions of the Japanese one. Despite the fact that the Japanese IS also a dub. Sidenote, really irks me that they think "Sub" is just a synonym for "Japanese" when it just means subtitled. The whole game is subtitled regardless of language. And even in the context of it meaning "original", it still isn't because the game is Chinese I have seen people actually have the audacity to look at something in all 4 languages and say that the Chinese one is "less-fitting" or "mistranslated and missing the impact" of the Japanese version. The ORIGINAL VERSION is less fitting to the people who always shit on English dubs for not being as good as the original. This isn't about just happening to prefer the Japanese version. Because there's nothing wrong with that. This is Sub Elitism that is STILL somehow a thing. There's nothing wrong with any of the other versions of the game And the Japanese itself isn't that special. It's good, but it's not somehow leagues better than the others. They're all pretty much the same for me. This is just 100% weebism blinding people to think anything that isn't Japanese is horrible without ever actually hearing it. You can have a Japanese dub that is completely average and still have people praising it like it's some masterpiece. It's just annoying this is still a thing in 2020. Bad English dubs are largely a thing of the 90s in terms of Anime and early 2000s for games. Very rarely are you, within the last 10 years, going to find a TRULY horrible English dub. I mean, unarguably bad. TL;DR, A Japanese version of something existing is not automatically on some pedestal just for being Japanese.
  15. The MV looks really good, whatever bank DR robbed, the money was spent well. The album is a mess, tho. Half of the old songs aren't even rerecorded Why even call this "Goodbye Rania" if you're not going to let the new members be the ones singing the old songs? The OG members are in some of these, like....... I'm also bitter that they had the AUDACITY to put No Dab on this album FULL WELL KNOWING they never gave use the Hyelex subunit
  16. You can't possibly be surprised when DR spent all the money from that bank they robbed on the MV
  17. YOOO THEY GOT MONEY????? Which bank did they rob to produce this?
