Sorry, usually when I'm on OH I'm busy with Awards Team shift + duties. But right now I changed the tags so hopefully the thread appears under the Twice tag. Sometimes after changing them it will still glitch so you might not see the changes immediately. At least that happened the last 1-2 times. Also, I'm giving the op away since I'm unable to maintain updating it. Quote or PM me if you'd like to nominate yourself or if you think someone else would do a good job. Yes, there was like about a 3 week period where there was an announcement thread stating that the marketplace was going to start anew. So users that wanted their items refunded for wons would have to notify the awards coordi and she'd refund you. Anyone that did not notify her would just get their items deleted. So ye you lost your items but if they were albums/light sticks they'll likely be purchasable again after someone submits a marketplace request form for them. To request an album/lightstick need to buy Marketplace Request Form and then here's more info on how to use it [x] BUT if the lightstick is already in the marketplace you can just buy it from here~ Thanks for the copy pasta Jay LOL (: So you requested it as an album? I checked and it wasn't queued, I'd assume it's because we were already having marketplace uploading issues so we weren't accepting requests. Did you receive a PM from the Marketplace account itself saying that it was queued to be processed or no? If not then you'll just need to purchase a Marketplace Request Form again and re-submit.
