I read from twitter somewhere that she attended a JTBC grandma rap show concert where Cheetah is one of the judges. She went to cheer for her MBK label mate, Moon Hee Kyung. I wouldn't be surprise if she's gearing up for Unpretty Rapstar 3, since she said there's a high chance she'll go on during Produce101 guerrilla concert. I hope it's true, though. It's the perfect chance for her to shine individually and gain a lot of Korean fans, since she probably has more international fans. Unpretty Rapstar 3 won't air until SMTM5 ends, which is like around August or September. I think there's time for a DIA comeback.

Besides the previously mentioned Produce 101 contestants possibly being on the show, I also think Pledis Kang Yebin and Leon Ent. Park Soyeon would be there as well. Yebin, who was recently on Produce 101, made an appearance on SMTM4 last year but got eliminated during the second round. I think she'll go on UR3 if given the chance. I also think Park Soyeon, who was also in Produce 101, would go on as well. She'd follow her label mate's, Crazy Dog (Fiestar's Yezi), footsteps. I can't wait for Unpretty Rapstar to start again. I think this is more representative of Cathy's rap. I was in awe when LE showed it on her Instagram. Since she didn't make it into the P101 final group lineup, and was asked by producers at the guerrilla concert if she's going to be on UR3, there's a high chance she'll be on it now. Yezi and Gillme were my favorite rappers of UR2. I'm really anticipating the rappers for the upcoming season.

I guess now Cathy would go on Unpretty Rapstar 3 like she said in the interview. That would give her another chance to shine. She'll come in with a lot of support since shes more known now. And after a year, Chaeyeon would reunite with her in DIA, and both would bring a lot of popularity to the group. I still can't believe none of the main rappers made it, Park & Jeon Soyeon, Dani, and Cathy. There's such a big hole in that department.

I found the rap, the title was in Korean so it's harder to find. Even though the vid is low quality, her rap is so good!

I hope Cathy comes out with an explosive rap to prove Knets that she deserves being at the top. Even as I read through NB, I came across some comments from people saying that she's one of the least talented member, and that her rap was plain . http://netizenbuzz.blogspot.com/2016/03/produce-101-to-debut-in-may.html#comment-2593509788 She never gets to shine much on Produce 101 as a rapper unlike Jeon Soyeon who has been shown rapping since the start. I also can't find any videos of Cathy doing the intro rap on Produce 101 on Youtube. It was really good and I think it should be promoted more. This was vid here is one of my favorite rap from her.

I know, its unfair.. If she doesn't make the final line up, I hope she participates in the next Unpretty Rapstar and create a nasty diss to Mnet.

Any idea what they're saying? I hope Cathy gets more screen time to showcase her talent. They need a good rapper in the top 11, and there's currently none. I see Cathy and also Chungha going up in the following weeks.

To be honest, I think it’s fine if Cathy doesn’t win the rap category (even though it looks like she slayed, from the small snippet). Netizens are a lot more sympathetic towards people who they believe deserves to win but didn’t. For example, netizens supported and pushed Yoo Yeon Jung all the way to the top after she lost to the pink team in the ITNW performance. And ironically, after EP.6, I don’t think Yeon Jung would stay long in the top 11 either because her image tanked, despite winning, so there’s a chance for Cathy to catch up. Having a good image is a lot more important than winning, in my opinion, especially for MBK artists. I wouldn’t worry about voting because she and the MBK girls have such strong backing from Chinese fans. Even if Cathy doesn’t make it in the final group, she can always go back to DIA, and will have greater support than she did before. It’s a shame Mnet doesn’t give any good edit for Cathy because after watching DIA’s V App, especially the cooking one, Cathy seems to be a very sweet girl.

Cathy is my new bae, found out about her after LE introduced her on instagram. Her rap is awesome She's currently leading in the views for Produce 101 intro videos.
