I think its because they lost their band practice room from old building and doesnt have space for practice as a band on this new building.Also almost all mbk band squad leaving already. The reason why IM been scrapped too and now completely goes into boyband concept. Hope this new recruitment from superband can give us collab with DIA band unit. Chaeyeon and friends already been dead years ago and I never trust IOI fandom they just fickle, they never genuinely support post IOI group. Just look how many Chaeyeon fansite now comparing with her heyday, I can say Yebin fandom had the biggest share among K-AID right now and they are the one who hard carry the fandom, supporting Yebin and DIA completely even sometimes they also following UNI.T member who are close with Yebin. Bold thats basically what they do, like Do Dream basically MBK production. Also some drama cast happen because MBK had good relation with TV station like To Jenny probably MBK deal with KBS during The Unit, and they probably self production that one too. After T-ara scandal happen all broadcast station like lowkey banned MBK basically and they had hardtime even to put real acting-Dol like Jiyeon or Eunjung into kdrama because of MBK bad reps. If they cant put T-ara on tv you just can say they have 1000x harder to put DIA on it. Good thing about The Unit and Under19 is MBK start rebuilding their relationship with this broadcast station. Then there is some good progress like Jueun get casted on KBS mini drama before, DIA also become routine guest on KBS Immortal song etc or how recently ChaeJyunBin appear on MBC show but still we need more especially the bigger one like Happy together, masked singer etc. Now with the new investor who start build MBK as production house, we can expecting them to put their own show or drama on tv more, so their artist can join it. Its good thing MBK start Chaeyeon career from the bottom but then you realized the important thing is good connection to get good acting gigs. Some people just doing nothing and get lead role on KBS while other need scrapping some random webdrama or take acting with jerk like SanE just to get an acting experience. That Netflix drama is good since she start get lead role while the pressure isnt that big but still I hope she get some good supporting role again on Big broadcast station like before on Drinking Solo and Reunited Worlds.
