  1. Did Yeunjung even get much screentime during her high notes? Yet people still whine about her screentime lol
  2. Wasn't she worried about SISTAR's longevity earlier? She's worried about concepts and shit when she needs to be focusing on the fact her vocals are going downhill.
  3. That latest performance at the SMA's was so bad. I wish Hyorin and Soyou fix whatever is going on with their singing because I don't understand why they weren't up to par. If they were going to sing a summer song in the middle of January and not remix it, the least they could've done was sound good while doing it.
  4. If she really thought Animals > Humans, she'd be like one of those assholes from PETA and she'd call everyone who isn't a vegan a murderer. She eats animals but she, hopefully, doesn't eat humans. There's nothing wrong with obsessions or having passion for something. And so far Hyorin has showed that her obsession with cats isn't negatively impacting her life in any way.
  5. EXO-L's act like they're scary or something online. They're scary for sure but only if you're the members of EXO being stalked and harassed by them so WJSN don't have to worry...
  6. No surprise here. Kasper already told us how things went with Mnet controlling who gets into the audience. Mnet shouldn't have made it that obvious.
  7. Tiffany's fanclub was invited and the people who attended probably signed a contract to act like they just happened to be there
  8. The person behind Tiffany's fanclub (Complete Bliss) just happened to be at the finale the same time Tiffany was there. So certain Sones were told of her performance ahead of time and EXO-L's were probably informed too.
  9. So now that Heize has been actually confirmed as an Mnet's darling since she signed with them, why is Hyorin still the one getting hate? Did anybody seriously think Chanyeol naturally decided to collaborate with Heize or that Heize would even dream about having an EXO member collaborating with her? He, along with Tiffany, were hired by Mnet to make Heize and Truedy the winners. It was a completely unfair fight for Hyorin yet she's the one getting called out for "cheating".
  10. I wasn't okay with anybody asking to restart since the first episode aired. I performed in my school's band so I learned that everyone is expected to continue on like nothing happened if they made a mistake. Restarting is completely unacceptable unless outside forces were the reason for the screw up (like if the backing track went out or something.) I'm pretty sure Yubin was taught the same thing. If she had completely forgotten the lyrics, I would have found it more acceptable to freestyle the most embarrassing lyrics rather than restarting. It's basically a crime to ask for a do over lol.
  11. Hyorin wasn't even really worried about winning the show so I don't know why people criticize her for singing. Damn, the woman just wanted to dedicate the one song she could write and self compose to her dead cat that Starship had no power to reject. It's not like she beat anybody good because she sang, Heize was guaranteed to lose no matter what because she's awful.
  12. It's disappointing how the worst people ended up being non-Korean people acting like total fucking Koreaboos defending the country's honor. Why won't they shut the fuck up after they've been shut down a million times on various websites already? They need to take their pathetic lives and move the fuck on and get off Alex's back.
  13. The episode is up on Dramafever and this Yezi vs Truedy clip is making me laugh like a hyena
  14. Hyolyn sings about her cat in the semi finale and performs with Kitti B in the finale.
  15. Hyorin's song is one of her bests. She's a really good emotional singer but most of her work is subpar at showing it off since they were all written by someone else and produced by someone else. I'm sure she enjoys singing those songs but nowhere near as much as things she's self composed and wrote.
  16. While I think idols have too much power in the show, I don't think it's the root of all of the show's problems. A lot of bad talent was allowed through to the semi finals whether they were underground or not. Truedy would be home by now if Mnet wasn't kissing her ass the entire duration of the show. Heize had her performances "enhanced" from the start by Mnet's team too. Now that I think about, it's funny how both Truedy and Heize, who were the only two members to receive favorable edits, were hand delivered the biggest idols in the industry to help them out. I think it's favoritism in general that's killing this show. Idols functions as a necessary evil. If they weren't there, nobody would be paying attention and very few people would have given any of these girls a chance. In an ideal world, idols wouldn't be needed the way they are, but it's just the way it is. The biggest issue IMO is the show's favoritism towards Truedy and Heize. They aren't necessary for this show's survival yet Mnet went way out of their way to make them their darlings. Better underground rapper could have been in their place too. The show has way deeper issues than idols IMO and most of them are completely unnecessary. There isn't even prize money from this show yet they expect all the talented underground female rappers to work their ass off for it.
  17. But Heize was also collaborating with an EXO member who is far more popular and he's backed by the most powerful entertainment company in Korea. I don't understand where this selective disdain for idols comes from when Heize is no different, especially when it comes to talent. Mnet was already called out by Kittib for kissing Heize's ass, editing her performances to make her look better, and etc. Weren't people speculating that Heize was going to lose during the live broadcasts because of how awful she was? The only reason it didn't sound as bad when the episode aired was because they raised the volume to make her less awkward. Hyorin is the one suffering from bad editing meanwhile Heize can't complain when it was of the only things saving her. I don't think Hyorin's song suited the competition but Heize and Chanyeol were atrocious. There is no stage in any part of the world where that kind of shit should be acceptable. They were so bad that Chanyeol being a member of the biggest boy band in Korea right now couldn't save them. It probably would have been a landslide victory for Hyorin if Chanyeol being from EXO didn't give him a fanbase that would vote for him no matter how embarrassing he was.
  18. Hyorin is getting so much hate for beating Heize like Heize & Chanyeol sucking wasn't the reason that they lost. People are trying to accuse Hyorin of being some evil witch idol when she was up against SM and EXO member. It's delusional to act like Hyorin should've lost for singing when Heize's performance involved someone screaming every cringey lyric into his mic.
  19. I can't believe I thought I could read the lyrics while listening to the song without crying...
  20. The fact that Hyorin won against an underground rapper and an EXO member when she sang for half her track lmao. She deserved it because Heize and the dude high off adderall sucked but if it was anybody else, she would've lost the competition for herself.
  21. I'm glad Hyorin made the track by herself. She had to get her foot in the door somehow and show the world (and Starship) not to underestimate her abilities
  22. I feel like Hyorin is just trying to look humble in front of the audience. Being scared of his visuals when she has the SMTM 4 winner working with her? Lol.
