does anyone have any tips for lightening the neck to match my face and chest colour? my neck and my legs and arms are very tan bc i do a lot of sport outside (also bc i live in australia) and it really bothers me when i have to choose a foundation shade bc if i match my shade to my neck i look too tan but if i match it to my face it doesnt match my neck and it looks strange? please help ;-;

I have combination skin (i have an oily t-zone but normal ish other areas) and it really frustrates me when i apply foundation or concealer because the foundation does not sit right over all my areas. the foundation sits fine around my cheek and nose area but on my forehead its very dry and it settles, making me look like i have fine lines (and i dont even have any!). could someone please recommend some good foundations that can stand me getting oily but wont also make me look dry on my forehead! or just any tips at all to manage this would be great ^^
