idk what yall talking about tho like CFs are just added bonus revenue that A give publicity to the group AND publicity to the company that is doing the CF lol like it doesnt matter the high class of the group , big groups still usually get lots of cfs esp big name cfs its just weird that jype doesnt take such offers theyre very picky

same, idk why they're being so prestige with twice's cfs they wouldve gotten a loooooot, if they are seen more by the public they would undoubtedly be everywhere at everytime and wouldnt need so many comebacks to keep the public reminded of them

exacrly so many releases are cool but they need to PROMOTEEE and HYPE them mediaplay so much tjat we literally feel like we’re in Korea because of how hype everyone is rent the billboards in Seoul square and have LED promotions, give the groups CFS that are set to be up and running by the time the comeback is happening so it feels like they’re literally everywhere like make it so no one can escape twice during the time that they’re coming back that’s how it felt back in 2016

i agree, 2 comebacks per country seems good and they should space them at opposite times so that ti doesnt feel so close together like last yr was literally WIL era then WMU straight after and then DTNA then quickly BDZ they need better scheduling and timing monographs are so pointless at this moment, they were kinda cool but even GOT7 discontinued them idk why JYPE continues them for TWICE its beyond me a reality show is so necessary now ugh im TT because we've been so deprived esp with twice not doing many vlives anymore all we get is behind the scenes things

yeah ugh TT and CU still both my favs the hype before TT with the performances they had and the hair colour changes, and the teasers and stuff were creative and great CU was just godly and so fun ugh

As a ONCE since debut (not saying it makes me or elite or like fuck the new stans lol, it's just a better perspective because I've seen literally all the buildup to each era and all the eras) honestly music wise I loved 2018. It's not the music nor concepts at all that I'm bothered with by JYPE. It's the timing and scheduling. Comebacks aren't as fun as they once used to be. Sure Cheer Up and TT were extra fun because they were TWICE's first 2 comebacks, but it doesn't mean comeback build up and hype should be any less exciting now that they're heading into their 4th year since debut. The music, concepts, hair colours and GENERAL styling for the music videos are fine, they're fun, funky fresh. But JYPE isn't putting effort into making the eras feel unique anymore. They did that in the past very well by splitting comebacks into extended monthly things and having promotions go on longer for than a few weeks, not only just music shows but also variety shows and new CFs count as more promotion. PLUS, we've been deprived of a proper era TWICE TV since LIKEY era when they went to Singapore for TTV6.. they're being pretty lazy now with having just the behind footage as TTVs when usually they were in the Monographs (which are basically pointless now without the video) or released as a smaller video. They're not scheduling comebacks where they have time before the comeback to prepare enough as we saw with YOY era and it's so concerning as a fan. What we deserve for comebacks doesn't just count on the music and MV itself. Its a combination of great songs, teasers, MV, packaging, variety shows, reality shows, music show promotion etc. These are all the things that shape an era and I think JYPE is losing it's touch on making each era memorable and fun. Cheer Up and TT were massive and it's not just because of them being good songs and catchy hits, TWICE have topped the charts with every single comeback since then over 3 years now. It just shows how important promotion of a brand is. TWICE is a brand and to be able to have maximum potential with the brand, you have to stay in the middle of having it widely known to the public while also not letting the brand out too much. Think Apple. iPhones release every September, it's something that makes Apple the talk of the town for weeks on end because of the new iPhone launches and the promotion after. Other businesses don't release around the time of Apple because they know they won't stand out as much nor make as much profit as Apple does with their new iPhones. Yet iPhone ads are EVERYWHERE over each city over the world, also online, and it's made apparent and promoted. This is what JYPE needs to do with TWICE. Make sure they're EVERYWHERE and don't leave people hanging in the promotion process. Months later and people are still talking about the iPhones, much like how a hit song would be perceived and still talked about, all due to the promotion and how much they see each day. What JYPE needs to make a note of is not overwork TWICE as much and actually promote each era more rather than calling it a day and moving on to a new era just to make even more money. They could make MORE money and gain MORE fans if they weren't as consistent with releasing every few months. MAKE people wait. BUILD hype. Make people want to actually be excited. There's no point in coming back so much especially when their songs are guaranteed hits now, each era just needs its own set of promotions and PROPER ones of that. Make it known TWICE is coming back. Accept some more CF contracts so that TWICE truly are everywhere when you walk around Seoul or even around the world. To me, I haven't enjoyed comebacks as much because I know they're just going to be over so quickly because JYPE is trying to fit them in so much. Idk this is me adding to the paragraph game lol

i don’t think there is an ill intent at all with mentioning got7 as a different perspective, but it can be seen as quite weird or confusing when people only post here for a group that the main thread is not purposefully for

twicetagram doesn’t fit the mv at all though the mv concept was way diff the album concept was different kind of social media influencers like fashion eating art etc which could’ve been done better but the idea was cute the actual mv wasn’t very social media influenced st all it was very much just making the outdoors relevant than social media

only signal was the one with the theme that actually connected to the MV concept, so far none others have been like that
