on concepts and stuff they're sticking to their sound and its amazing they found a way to differ themselves from other ggs to lead so early in their career, so itll be interesting how they continue colour pop and what they add into it to mature their sound as the girls themselves mature i dont want full on concept change or anything like very sexy girl crush bc TWICE are for the general public in both korea and japan but in japan especially have a younger audience so they shouldn't be exposed to that a more fun meets chic cool girl concept would be cool i'd like to see how TWICE could morph their colour pop sound into a chic cool futuristic mv concept

honestly the reason TWICE's releases and how well they're doing is so consistent is because there hasn't been really anything to bring in exceptional growth in the releases, it's amazing how they sell 300-350k so frequently and consistently but proper scheduling and new things that make people drawn to buy this album incl the song as well as the packaging and photos etc. tbh it needs to be more inclusive to fans and i think should have new goodies and stuff, same old same old brings same and similar consistent sales see how their sales spiked up hugely in japan esp korean releases it can also happen in korea again if they introduce something new and enticing that make people want to buy the album even casual fans something that screams TWICE but at the same time has a new feel to it

oh yes please I hope it’s a full album with actual good and innovative packaging

imo peak isn't only once, i think throughout artists careers they hit new peaks that were originally thought they couldn't get over it's happened time and time again and can be seen thru 2nd gen groups careers esp this is about the time where it'll show 3rd gen groups still reigning in the 4th proper year of the established new gen, and now in a time where even newer and younger groups are debuting

yeah this year will be really interesting korea, japan and internationally alike korea they have the public and fandom still and their songs have been doing better and better each comeback and they had one of the biggest hits of the summer that is still in the top 50 on melon in the last month of winter it's gonna be really interesting, i think if JYPE times the comeback correctly with a kind of newer concept (tbh DTNA and YOY very much so show me TWICE are experimenting with their sound more because there's a lot of new elements to their songs last yr) that has the likelihood to bring even more support in from the public and new fans then they could hit a new peak potentially

2017 was kind of TWICE’s downhill year It wasn’t a hugely huge huge decline but it was kind of shown that the 2016 big hype didn’t latch on to Signal era and it was definitely the fault of the song because the public and fandom didn’t know what to do with it at first, it was weird. Love the song, love the MV and love the era, even loved the song on first listen, but it was definitely different and unique from what TWICE had put out before. Likey and HS has unfortunate timing but the longevity of both is great. They lost some fandom support Signal era but it is very clear that 2018 was a huge year in terms of them growing an even bigger fandom international fans and especially J-fans I think 2019 will be an interesting year as TWICE grew more fans than some rookie groups last year and it will be cool seeing their new concepts that they decide to put out. They kind of have a bubbling market that they haven’t tapped into (those who want to stan but like more mature GG concepts) that it will be interesting to see how many new fans they get with it.. like even more mature and ‘sexy’ styling like LOA could be kind of interesting to see how it goes if these people that realy say ‘i’d Stan twice if they changed concept’ really do lol I think we could also break 400-500k for mini sales or even a full album if JYPE schedule TWICE’s comebacks right this year
