This episode sucked tbh. Filler with no relevance to the larger story. Characters having plot armor is one thing, but spending a whole episode on some doom scenario when it was obvious everything would be resolved by the episode's end felt like an insult on my intelligence.

Not a chance. Stromae isn't very popular in the US (mostly online presence), and neither is the closest thing to Americans embracing a foreign artist: Shakira. She even sings partially in English yet it doesn't make much of a difference. Only foreign language novelty songs stand a chance of becoming a hit in America but once that happens the artist behind it pretty much throws away any chance of having a legit career there. They will never be taken seriously. GD also has his looks and style working against him. He will just be called gay/a fag/etc and be ignored. I really wish Asians would hop off this USA bandwagon and realize they don't need it to be successful. There's a huge potential market in Asia which is largely untapped. If anyone can show that, it's GD/BB.

Well this episode answered a question from my previous post as to what Kate's true intentions are... She simply wants to bring the Argents back to power. But Peter is definitely playing her. Even after their alliance. I think he's this season's antagonist, we just don't know it yet. He will probably kill Satomi later in this season to regain the lost power he so desperately wants.

So I noticed something interesting about the the official synopsis for episodes 4x10 and 4x11.

Not certain, but it seems pretty unlikely once you take everything into account that comes with the dome tour. I don't see them coming back in a little over a month from now and I don't think they'd ever consider doing a 3-week promo run in Korea coming off of such a lengthy hiatus. The comeback will happen next year imo followed by the world tour. That way YG can put another dome tour at the end of next year as part of their WT...

Arianne is an essential character, isn't she? I doubt she will be cut entirely. I read somewhere that the press release more or less said that video isn't all the new characters for S5. We know for a fact Maggy the Frog was cast too and she wasn't in the video.

With this news I actually think the chances of a comeback in 2014 have shrunk to (almost) zero. Just take this into account: 1) They announced the dome tour separately -- This tells me that it is not part of a world tour. 2) Since their next comeback will be after their longest hiatus yet, they absolutely need to promote at least 5-6 weeks in Korea to leave a lasting impression. 3) Tour rehearsals -- These start about a month before the first tour date. That's Mid October. Basically, this means that if they were to have a comeback before the tour, it would need to be at the very latest in the first week of September. Even i'm not that optimistic lol.

In the trailer Derek also seems to be dying but I doubt they would give that away so it's probably not gonna be him again, like in 3B. I hope Scott's mom dies instead of the Sheriff tbh. Scott needs a trigger to release his inner beast. Hopefully that happens before the confrontation he has with Peter.

It makes sense I guess. TOP can stretch his enlistment to Q2-3 2016. If they cb early 2015, they can start the tour by April-May, lasting into 2016. YG could promote it as 'final' tour. Ideally they release an album and repack BEFORE starting the overseas tour, then release something else at the end without promoting it.

I agree. If they can't do it in October (which imo isn't certain just b/c YB plans to do a concert), they might as well put it off until next year. November/December are wasted months every year, regardless of how big their cb is.

I don't think he was speaking from a point of insider knowledge but more of common sense. After all it is the most popular fan theory by a long shot. A lot of people made the connection years ago. Still, it means a lot that someone in his position acknowledges it like that.

Well i'm pretty sure the triple crown-rule is not tied to performances in general. They can still perform even after getting a triple crown, they just won't be eligible for the chart anymore. The reason barely anyone does this is b/c 1) triple crowns are pretty rare these days and 2) Big groups that do frequently get triple crowns tend to promote for short periods Edit: Ouch D'slove dropped from #1 yesterday to #12... #3 sold 3,346 copies.

D'slove first day sales: 30,099 Nearly the same as D'scover first week sales (35,205). Amazing. Their sales keep rising in Japan despite the lack of original content. BB's next album should be able to sell at least 200k the way I see it.

I think (and hope) they dropped the follow-up track(s) plan and decided to do a repackage instead.
