Some people here are clearly not in touch with reality if you expected 2NE1 to promote alone through May and June. YG's roster is expanding/expected to expand significantly this year so promotion time will get shorter. 2NE1 is (most likely) the first of many to make a comeback in the summer months so of course they won't get much time to promote alone.

Reading about increasing chances of Seungri releasing a Japanese album, i'm really beginning to understand kVIP complaints about YG's obsession with Japan. Stahp. It's going too far now. I get that Korea isn't nearly as profitable but the least you can do is release the album in Korea first. I'm not paying €50 when I can download it for free with a push on the button.

Is there an article of this somewhere? Also OOAK sold 231k in Korea as of April. Still steady selling 5k+ a month If this continues it will catch up to HB's sales by the end of the year...

Have a feeling CL will debut with a single that she will promote a few weeks prior to 2NE1's comeback which will also be included in their album.

It's Cho Yong Pil's first album since 1997 so he will probably do huge numbers just like Seo Taiji whenever he comes back. They are that tier above others with huge appeal from a generation that actually still buys albums.

I don't believe the teaser is for a comeback. It just screams endorsement of some sorts. I don't think it's completely unrelated to their impending comeback though. YG is either using this to start up the hype or he's using the desperation of blackjacks to get whatever it is attention.

I hate how knetizens are attributing all of this stuff to Psy when it's quite obvious that ppl in YG have tons of connections way before he went viral. Awhile back I already saw people trying to attribute part of BB's tour success to him too. Fucking idiots.

What if Taeyang being all ratchet for the past year was just a ploy to test his fans and he plans return to his 'normal' self during his comeback? I could totally see him doing that lol, and the delay in his comeback might just have extended his act longer than he originally planned to

I read on twitter it's because China doesn't allow it during concerts for safety. There's a whole bunch of things they have to comply with in order to get the green light for holding a concert

It's because their height is put in perspective for a change. In Korea/Asia the large majority are just as short so it doesn't stand out. Snoop Dogg is average height in the country I live in so imagining how small they really are is pretty amusing.

Since Teddy is rumored to be having trouble creating music for 2NE1, do you guys think he will be less involved, if at all, in BB's upcoming album? Personally I hope he isn't involved. I'd like to see GD work with Choi Pil Kang more this time. Promotions in Japan are really not that demanding, he can easily combine it with BB's Korean activities.

August? Called it ages ago. Any later than that doesn't make sense, coming back any later would mean they wouldn't be able to rank high on yearly charts and maybe even miss out on award show nominations. YG knows it.
