Ah I see, TINT no longer even has a page on GH's website. So I guess that's as much closure as we're getting. I'm still a little salty that they've put so much into B.I.G but never did that for TINT (who, at the time, was getting more YT views and charting higher than B.I.G). But for all we know it could have been some of the girls deciding they didn't want to do it anymore, rather than the company screwing them over. We may never know!

Yeah that was unfortunate. That was a really high note though! So now I'm wondering how long it'll be before all the companies who sent members to The Unit but got eliminated start bringing the original groups back. Surely they want to take advantage of the hype and attention, but I'm not sure how much of that there was.

Oh wow, I didn't realize their company's new group actually debuted The song is decent, the choreo is kinda weird but the video is fine. Also B.I.G. has released a few things in the past year including some solo projects. And idk who "Soya" is but GH is promoting her too. Damn the company is suddenly doing all this stuff, and TINT is left in the dust

Yeah, I was just thinking about them today cuz someone mentioned B.I.G to me. They only had two songs but both were bops and I feel they had a lot of potential. I really liked their personalities too, especially how funny Jamie was. It's definitely a shame.

No question the original is better. I'm VERY curious as to whether the writers were within their rights when they shopped the song around to "Idols." It'll depend on what the provisions of the contract (I'm assuming there was one, but with DRM you never know...) do or don't state regarding resale in other markets. It is REALLY weird that Paxton is trying to pass it off as "her own song," though. She should've just said "I'm a huge fan of KPop and wanted to show off their awesome music scene with my own twist for this show. Full credit where credit is due." That could have gotten all the international KPop fans on her side as a fellow KPop fan, rather than causing drama that risks making her look like she knowingly STOLE a song. Perception vs. reality really. Like, I could have been rooting for her for doing an interesting cover, instead I think her team is sh*t. Way to go.

I feel like I don't totally grasp what is special about that "FUTURE-EXPERIMENT VOL.01" video. So, I get that all three of them started dancing at the same time in different cities, and that the lighting on that triangle thing started at the same time in all three cities, but... so what Was that not possible before? Is there something that I'm missing?

I'll root for them since Hajeong is in the group and I'm a huge fan of 4Ten! It's interesting they'll be on Mix9. I wonder if we'll get any pics of Hajeong with the other girls from 4Ten, since they're also gonna be on it.

All things considered I'd say that video is the best we could possibly expect it to be. I like the choreo and I think the stages have been good so far. The song is kinda boring to me, but not a *bad* song. I've just soured on RaNia and I don't think that'll change unless they come out with a Demonstrate-esque song in the future. I'm not a hater (I certainly hate the company), but I'm not a stan anymore.

Yeah this is probably right. As soon as I read the translated statement I said "this sounds like Beep Beep Beep." Cuz remember she did join them for the busking events but then wasn't on stage for the shows. So I bet this was drafted around that time. I have no idea why we're getting it now, though... I hope Alex is having a big laugh about it, what a joke of a company they can't even put out press statements in the right chronological order.

The only member I'm worried about is Yun. She didn't seem to enjoy performing "Severely" that much. Wasn't very comfortable on stage. She seemed to like "OOO" a lot more (when they performed it at the release presser) so maybe that's more her style, in which case she doesn't really fit with the 4Ten concept. Which would be a shame, since she's my bias in the group right now. But anyway, I think if anyone's gonna go it's her, and I hope she doesn't!

I appreciate the sentiment but I don't think the people taking it out on the other members on social media are the same people who frequent this thread, so you're probably not directing your anger towards the right people either lol

So I guess this thread's about to get a lot more active If she puts out new music, I'll definitely check it out. It would be awesome if we could hear some of what she wrote for RaNia

I wasn't participating in the boycott or petitions or anything before this, but I'm announcing now that I am no longer a fan of RaNia and will not support anything that DRM puts out. To be clear, it's not Alex's fault, it's not DTX, it's not Yina, it's not any of the members who may be imperfect people... the fault lies squarely with Phillip and Candy. Unless or until both of them are completely stripped of any and all influence they have at DRM, they will never see a cent of money or an ounce of energy from me to help or promote RaNia or any other acts DRM might have in the future. Further, I will put my full support behind Alex. I've learned over the past several months that she is seriously talented, a good music-maker, and an extremely hard worker. That's the kind of person I want to support, and I'm going to put my money where my mouth is. Moreover, should any former RaNia members (including from the current lineup) have artistic ventures outside of DRM, I will support those as well since I do like them. But it cannot be connected to Phillip or Candy. Period. Lemme go change my OH badges and unfollow some peeps on Instagram...
