    I think Lay has a Chinese management company or some agent that helps with his activities like most Chinese celebrities do. It'd be incredibly stressful if he doesn't. I believe SM made it seem like Vic and Lay started their own studios themselves as a strategy to prevent SM from getting another lawsuit case like Kristaohan.

    Vic and Yang Yang are both artists under Yue Kai Entertainment. Vic's manager (the founder of Yue Kai) is Jia Shi Kai and the female manager of Yang Yang (the director of Yue Kai) Victoria's Studio is managed by Jia Shi Kai and not Vic herself. He is the boss that decides pretty much everything from projects to schedules. Victoria's Studio is just small sub company of Yue Kai Ent under Victoria's name. Hope this makes sense.

    Yangtoria dating rumors resurfaced today cos 4Walls was featured in Yang Yang's drama + he thumbed up these posts on weibo. It's also Yang Yang's drama finale today so this could all be mediaplay with Vic being used as a scapegoat. Victoria is clearly pissed off on weibo and ppl are hating on Vic's manager Jia Shi Kai for shitty management between both Vic and YangYang. A mess really. lol

    f(x) used to be one of the most popular girl groups in China and SM should of capitalized it with more group activities there. Now with the THAAD tensions and China limiting kpop, korean companies have their eyes on South East Asia. If I was SM I would give f(x) more concerts in Taiwan or Japan right now and release some new music there. The Japanese loves f(x) as a group
