I think it'd be nice to see our girls doing a cuter/innocent concept. Most of don't really have that scary unni look that you'd need to pull off a strong concept. It'd be especially refreshing since it's coming from YG and it would attract lots of fanboys

yeah, I don't mind they go with a cute concept (just a little though) with some YG flavor that would be refreshing I don't understand why people think this group is gonna be 2ne1 2.0 because they are not, they are probably are gonna have a more girly concept.

what's up with people saying that gfriend has everything to be popular except enough visuals like are they serious? I keep reading this and I don't get it when they like basic looking groups. We have Sinb, Yerin, euhna and Sowon that's more then enough for me to consider them a good looking group, but different opinions I guess.

If that's you how feel, so be it. I would say her almost losing her voice trying to imitate Jimin's voice in the middle of her rap isn't exactly what I'd call "spot-on" but sure.

 

Yuk Jidam's impression from a few episodes back was better.

 

But I'm tired of talking about this, especially when people are attacking imaginary points I never argued instead of what's actually there. I really hope Jimin's lyrics were terrible and all the rappers cosign on Cheetah dominating that 1 vs. 1 battle, for the sake of all the people taking such hard stances even most of them can't understand Korean any better than I can and have to base their opinions on the exact same criteria they're complaining about me for using.

 

Hopefully subs don't take quite as long, as I really want to see the lyrics for all the performances in this episode, not just Jimin vs. Cheetah

Honestly this back and forth whenever it comes to Jimin is so annoying. Like either take it PMs or agree to disagree about her.

I don't want to completely comment on Cheetah vs Jimin and Jimin winning because I don't know anything about their lyricism yet (Blessica is Korean and said that Jimin's lyricism was better than Cheetah's in this battle, but I'll wait for the English subs to decide for myself). What I can say is that Jimin has made a noticeable improvement regarding the dynamics of her flow and how she interacted with Cheetah which I found refreshing. Her performance with Kisum looked horrible though, and I can't believe they were considered better than Jace/Tymee. Of course I will wait until the English subs so I can really understand the reasoning behind this, as well as have a better idea of their lyricism, but I am incredibly angered that Tymee was eliminated.

Blessica is not Korean he is from Australia if I'm not mistaken but I know he is Chinese/filipino. He seems to understands Korean though.

The lesbian stuff came from ifans though. The only one with Korean rumors was Yuri and that was only a blind item. I'd bet more on Seohyun at this point lmao

it's not like specific rumors but according to a Korean friend she is known for having a lot of lesbian fans. I don't know sometimes I feel that Baek was a beard, but that's just me I don't really care if Taeyeon is straight tbqh but I just don't feel it lol

I don't think so there were a lot of lesbian rumors from her for a long time if anything she is bi but I feel she is more a closeted lesbian.

I really want Jimin gone. I just hope that Tymee gets a track somehow even if she was eliminated.
