its really not clear for me what the actuall question is right here haha but if you wondering about stuff like ; how can i sharpen all screencaps/layers without breaking a sweat create or download a PS action file  then with one click on a button in photoshop, it will sharpen all the stuff for you within seconds same goes for a blur effect although i am not sure why you wanna blur things, unless you trying to make some sort of special effect?
