The hate was unbelievable at that time, they really tried to destroy his character. It's a relief he hit so big with Instinctively and turned things around for himself. But he was indeed really young so it left an impact. He got more self conscious as a result so he can never fully let himself go on TV (probably subconscious at this point). That's why I'm so happy whenever he acts like a child or maknae like around KimSongLee, especially Hoon. On YOF, you can tell that's when he started to open up more. This trip was truly healing for them, no wonder they mention it everytime they have to recall their best moments in 2017. I'm so thankful toward Na PD, Mino and all the staff who made it happen cuz truly, we don't often realize it but YOF changed Winner for the better, they got so much healing from that trip and could experience things they didn't have the chance to because of all the restrictions idol life has.
