It violates the rules and was accepted and put in before we had the badge approval thread and people are/and can use it against the Awards team for their badges that get rejected. It's no fair to the badges that we reject if we keep the Qri badge....

But basically she was an actress who lived an extremely hard life (domestic abuse, loan sharks, legal issues, etc.) and eventually she committed suicide. 

She committed suicide not too long after netizens started believing all the rumors about her and they were bashing her as well which lead to Korea having stricter libel laws. Now her suicide wasn't all because of the bullying, she truly had a hard and sad life but it's funny how the netizens are trying to "shield" Choi Jin Shil by bullying Jiyeon which is one of the causes that lead to Cho Jin Shil's suicide. Ironic huh?
