No I don't mean that. What I mean is that sometimes I feel like he will do well as a Youtuber / vlogger. Just a random thought which usually pops out of nowhere.. I don't mean that path as his career. Regarding Jaehwan, it will all depend on the song. Baejin can be a lead singer in your opinion. Imo he is not there. All the members minus Jaehwan are not good technically in terms of singing. No he is not known as one of the visual member in general. I find all the boys quite good-looking but that doesn't mean that all of them are visual level. 178 is considered tall for male idols.. and tall enough as an actor.. I never said Ong is very tall. Wanna One members are actually quite tall though.. probably because the height they revealed is their real height. Compared to most kpop groups, they look quite tall as a whole. --- I forgot to mention this in my earlier post but Daehwi also has lots of potential for variety shows. And as emcee. In regards to variety shows, I think Daehwi and Ong will do well. Maybe Sungwoon too. Daniel, Jaehwan and maybe Woojin for certain shows. I think Jaehwan is actually quite good in variety.. not sure though. Kuanlin really surprised me in Happy Together and Amigo TV. I'll edit if I can find the full clip. The boys were practicing Spring Breeze in the practice room. I really want more videos of them working hard behind the scenes. We only get to see the final product of their hard work. This clip shows us a very different side of them, of their job as kpop idols.

Minhyun is the type of person who sticks with things that work for him. Same principle for his hairstyle, makeup, clothes etc. I don't think he is really trying to keep his prince image.. Its just that he gets nervous in front of cameras and cannot show his weird / playful side. He seems playful with people he is close with. He debuted at a very young age so he is much more experienced in broadcast than all the other members. He knows how something small can be misinterpreted and affect their career as idols. And who knows what kind of hardships they went through back then.. I also think that he really likes being an idol. Despite his group's non-success for the few years before Produce and the hardships they went through, he seems to love his career. I think he just strives to be the best he can possibly be. He is probably a perfectionist. Its his like way of life. He will try his utmost best to reach his limits. He is a very determined person. And he will see through his decision once he decides on something. Contrary to his soft and gentle image, he is very strong-willed and critical on himself. Just my opinion based on what I have seen of him.

Agreed but I think he can take a bit time.. and I still think he will focus more on acting.. hence him trying to shed the aegyo cute boy image. And yeah he deserves better styling. He is not that short actually but his proportions (stockier build and shorter limbs) for his height made him less attractive than he really is. He is beautiful. Minhyun will definitely go the ballad song route if he ever debut as a solo singer. I agree that he can stand on his own but the song needs to be good and suits his voice (he is not really good technically but nice voice). He has a huge solo fandom behind his back so if he ever go solo, he will do ok. Based on what I have seen Minhyun cannot act. Unless he receive proper training and improve, I don't really want him to go into acting.. And he gets nervous easily. He is also kinda stiff..

IMO its the song. Beautiful has proper build-up and climax. Better composition overall. SB feels kinda flat. Lacks proper build-up and climax. Certain parts of SB can be better because the song is a bit too slow / slightly draggy at times. Overall the song can be better. The chorus is quite good though. I can understand why Swing chose this as the title track though. The concept and lyrics are suitable as the last comeback song for Wanna One. It is a wistful, hopeful and bittersweet song. Among all the songs in POD I will choose One Love as the title track. One Love is such a great song. But idk if concept wise it will be suitable as the last comeback. It might not be the concept they have in mind.. the song gives off a pretty strong vibe. But looking at the lyrics, I think it was one of the song up for contention as the final title track.

Just my opinion. Feel free to disagree. Jihoon may have lost part of his public popularity but imo he is great at keeping his fandom. He is not doing much at all. With just his visual and aegyo, he is still by far one of the most popular members in Wanna One. CJ don't promote him at all (no variety, little screentime and he also get very few lines in their albums). I think he will be fine on his own. I also think he is underrated as a decent vocalist and rapper. Some of his lines in the latest album are good. As an it boy, I'm not sure if he actually has what it takes to be one due to how private he is. And I think he dislikes to be merely known as the aegyo boy (which ironically is also the start of his massive popularity). Personally I think Jihoon is very smart. And he does have the it factor imo. Boy is special. And he knows what he wants (that is the impression I get from him). There is no need for Minhyun to say anything. Based on what I know as a fan, Minhyun is mature, sensible and thorough in his thoughts. He also sets a very clear boundary in terms of him as Minhyun the idol and also Minhyun the person. Personally I don't see the conflict you think will arise. What I think will be a huge problem for him is his image. He has such a pristine and clean image that if he ever does anything wrong, he will go down badly.

In an ideal world, I hope the 11 of them can have Wanna One as insurance. They can all pursue their respective individual careers but the group will be the fundamental base for them to fallback to in case they they don't do well individually. Something like what SM is doing for their groups. Personally I see massive untapped potential in Baejin, Sungwoon and Ong. Especially Baejin and Sungwoon. Ong's potential is clear. But imo Baejin and Sungwoon has something special in them. Kuanlin will be popular in China if he threads the China Taiwan issue well. He is on his way to be the next popular male idol in China who debuted in Korea. Look at the impact of his Dr. Jart CF. He reminds me of Kris a lot. Minhyun is limited in terms of solo potential imo. Very popular (probably second or maybe third in terms of K-fandom behind Daniel). He will likely focus on the singing side + Nu'est. He has a nice voice which Koreans seems to like. If he can get collabs / solo songs like Paul Kim Every Day Every Moment or Jung Seunghwan The Snowman, he will do well. Woojin and Daehwi will do decent with BNM having 4 popular trainees even before the official debut. But they'll need good songs, concept and choreo. I don't think what they are doing with MXM is good enough for a good debut in such a competitive kpop market. Woojin and Daehwi are good dancers (Daehwi's dancing skills is underrated. His voice too.) but they are limited in terms of solo potential as of now. They will be great as idol group members. Ong can do everything. He can sing, dance, act, emcee, variety, model. He is considered as a visual + he has the height. He is good at everything and he is a fast-learner. Lots of potential if he choose his projects / route well. Jisung is actually a pretty decent singer and he does not get enough credit for it. I'm not surprised he is going the musical actor route. I hope he will do well. In regards to his idol career, I'm not sure... Daniel is by far one of the most popular male idol in the past few years. He is a good performer. But he needs good concept and song to do well as a solo artist. Sometimes I feel like Daniel will be a good Youtuber / vlogger.. He is one of the members who really likes to communicate with fans. He will likely dwell into fashion and CFs like now. Jaehwan imo will probably be better off as an idol with Daniel and Jisung + a solo singing career on the side. The type of music he likes to do seems to be not the type that will gain massive public popularity (not sure). Though I think he might pursue the real singer route.. or maybe indie.. not sure.. Jihoon will likely focus on the acting side. Among all the boys he seems to be one of the most private. He is not really the type to share much about himself with fans. Looking at his child actor career, he seems to be at least a decent actor so his choice of project will determine how successful he is as an actor. Sungwoon is another all-rounder (similar to Ong minus height and visual). Probably a better singer (not sure if he is good technically) but his range is bigger and he is a good dancer. He loves being an idol. He loves to perform and he likes to communicate with fans. There is a reason why Downpour performance is his breakthrough. Viewers of Produce S2 + his fans can see how passionate he is as an idol. One thing about Sungwoon is that he is actually really good in variety imo but he don't get much opportunity to show his variety side. So I hope he can get the chance to show his variety side. Baejin is a good dancer and decent-ish singer atm. He has a nice deep voice but he needs a proper vocal coach to train his voice to sing better technically. He is one of the most passionate member in terms of being an idol imo. He is very serious about his career as an idol. Boy loves the stage and works super hard to improve. Even the members said he trained the hardest among the 11 of them. Baejin also has the height (178-ish like Ong) and is also known for his visual. He might also go into acting if he can act. The way I view the disbandment now is that it is something similar to the AKB48 system. The boys are 'graduating' from the group and will go on to pursue their solo careers. I really hope they can get the opportunities they need.

One Love is likely my favorite track in POD. Amazing composition and flow. Perfect imo. Song is on loop since yesterday. I hope they will perform this song. I really like Tagger / Hide and Seek and Spring Breeze too. I cannot rank the the rest of the songs.. I can't wait for the first Spring Breeze performance. The choreo looks beautiful and seems to convey the bittersweet feelings well.
