  1. Selling Jung Joon Young autogaphed album, Teenager for $45USD.

Since I'm from NZ, international air mail will cost $15USD approx.

This is untracked, with tracking it'll be much more steep, $35USD approx.

I've personally never had issue with international air mail (order a lot of clothes from Asia + US).

Edit: Currently in China, still selling but shipping prices will be different.

    Message if interested.

  2.

I have a feeling that Kakeru will still die, and the group will learn that his suicide wasn't their fault, like how his mother's suicide wasn't his fault. I'm not sure though, I'm hoping for a happy ending.

  3. The blank could be filled in with å±± (ã‚„ã¾) meaning mountain. It literally means "I had a mountain of things I wanted to say but I held back."

Okay, that sounds good. I'll give that a try. Thanks for the help!

  4. It literally means that the show is really funny to the extent that tears come out from your eyes.

ã»ã© in this context sort of means to that extent/that much.

And..I don't know what to fill in the blank. Maybe ãŸã¾ã‚‰ãªã„ would work? So it's like, "I really want to say it but I hold back".

Ooooh, I see. Thanks a lot for the help!

For some reason I thought é¢ç™½ã„could only mean interesting, left me so confused.

  5. ã‚ã®ç•ªçµ„ã¯æ¶™ãŒå‡ºã‚‹ã»ã©é¢ç™½ã„。

What does this sentence mean? ã»ã© makes me so confused.

Also, what should I be adding in here: 言ã„ãŸã„ã“ã¨ãŒ______ã»ã©ã‚ã£ãŸãŒã€æˆ‘æ…¢ã—ãŸã€‚

  6. I started out with my favourites being Nayeon and Dahyun, but after the first episode I like Momo the best.

This is based purely on the performances.

I think it's important to remember that editing plays a huge role in how the girls are portrayed. I doubt any of the girls are purposely bitching about each other, especially considering a lot of them have trained together before.

Their comments about one another are all responses to questions the interviewers have asked, eg. "Don't you think Mina is a bit inexperienced to be in Major?"

A response like "Yeah, I was surprised since she hasn't been training for long, but she shows a lot of potential," can then be edited to, "Yeah, I was surprised," to fit the shows narrative. Also, any of the expressions the girls make can be edited into certain points to make it look like they don't agree with the JYP. This happens a lot on variety shows, so I wouldn't judge anyone too harshy at this point.

  7. Ah...Damn...Reply 1997 was actually the best for a Korean drama (I'm not that into Korean dramas) but that drama was just amazing. I wish the rest of Asia can re-create something like that. (Reply 1997) kind of reminds me of this canadian show I used to watch (Have you heard of Degrassi?) I think all Asian school systems are hard...I heard University in Korea was so chill though - compare to High School's in Korea. Any ways I'll give that drama try though , I haven't seen a Taiwan drama since 'Fated to love you" or something...with Aaron Yan.

I'm sure you'll enjoy it! Fair bit of warning though, unless you are really invested in the story, I would drop it around ep 18-21. It has the unfortunate Taiwanese drama tendency of stretching out arcs, and lagging in the 2nd half.

I've heard of another drama, The Way We Were which has been compared to Reply, but I can't attest to how good it is since I haven't watched it yet. Might be worth a try as well.

  8. Really? It's like about school, students who are struggling, fans into boyband and a gay friend who is struggling to tell his friends?

It's about university students so the characters are a bit more mature. They do have struggles as well, but it's more about finding freedom. Education in Taiwan is really strict during high school, so people don't really have much time for themselves. For many, university is the first time they get to make their own decisions, and the drama focuses on that period in their lives.

There's a star (Wu Bai) that appears who the characters are fans of, but he's a rock singer and not part of a boyband.

I don't think there were many popular boybands in Taiwan in the 90's (correct me if I'm wrong).

Unfortunately there isn't a gay character. :( There also isn't flash forwards like in Reply...

I do recommend the drama though, the relationship development between the main characters is very realistic.

The male lead is popular but isn't aloof, and cold, and doesn't treat the people around him like shit. (Plus the way he looks at the female lead is cute af). The supporting characters are also incredibly nice and not antagonistic unlike most Taiwanese dramas.

  9. Updated OP.

This weeks episode ratings are slightly higher at 2.08 and 1.48.

Haven't watched this weeks episodes yet, but last week I found Doo Soo too pushy.

At this point I like Yisuk a lot better, he makes mistakes, but when he realises them he tries to redeem himself.

  10. Updated OP with links for episode 5 and 6.

Watch it for sohee but I end up loving the whole drama. Any info about the rating so far?

    2015-01-09 Episode 1 1.259

    2015-01-10 Episode 2 0.93
    2015-01-16 Episode 3 1.50
    2015-01-17 Episode 4 1.31
    2015-01-23 Episode 5 1.90
    2015-01-24 Episode 6 1.60

Ratings are improving steadily. It's not a hit, but it's doing decently I think.

Loving this so far! Sohee made me want to watch this, honestly, but even though she has few scenes atm, I'm still enjoying it. I usually hate heroines who embarrass themselves (or are clumsy fools), but Hong Do's not annoying. I like her helmet.  LJY's such a sweetheart too!

Yeah, it's been really good. Sohee is great in the few scenes she's in, really provides some comedic relief.

I found Yisuk a bit mean to Hong Do at the beginning, but now I really like their easy banter.
