This happened with Twice too. If only the fanbase knows about that, they could've easily won atleast one award with THE SHOW. (score were so close) And for DAY6's case, yeah a lot of us didn't even know they are going to perform at Mcountdown.

He may be too nice to say no. But also, he can't say no. ROOMMATE is somewhat the show that have made him popular in the field. (Even tho there are some others). It would be bad if it gets to the news that he declined a show produced by that PD. In this industry, a PD can kill someone's career really easily by just leaking some info to medias.
