same samee Heize and Grace are my all time favorite UPR contestants and I'm so happy Heize is achieving so much success. Kisum also musically is one of the most successful too. Hoping Grace follows. Seriously though Heize's music quality is so Her discography is great

Real talk, the 1 v 1 thing is not a balanced way to pick the finalists. You wind up with match ups like GP and Yuk Jidam (both amazing rappers) and Yezi and Truedy. Some more talented contestants get the shitty end of the stick based upon luck alone and people like Hyorin of last season get to coast (no offense, it can be argued that she beat Heize but her spot really should have gone to Yezi or shoot even Yubin). This revival helps eliminate this and makes things more fair. Imagine if we had this last season. Yezi could have won.

I hope they have a wildcard round with the eliminated contestants :/ I mean we are only on episode 8 right? I doubt they would only do 9 episodes, especially with how good the ratings are. I could imagine it being Ep 9 - Yuk Jidam vs GP, Wildcard Ep 10 - Eliminated Contest performance, Guest performances, Finale, Winner

bias aside, I honestly think Jidam is the best rapper this season

damn heize has some amazing lyrics I was expecting them to be usual love songs but this is even better also I listen to all of Heize's songs religiously every day Lately it's been mainly No Way and And July with splashes of Pume Sweet Pume/My Boyfriend Says Thank You

I think Grace's last performance really showed her potential. Like there were parts that definitely sounded really good. You can tell she has it in her to rap well, she just strategically doesn't to create her own sound. and tbh I love it, it's so refreshing. She's getting better and better every performance I can definitely see her finishing in top 3/4

whats your guys opinion on not having a leader? esp since it seemed clear for so long that Jennie would fill that position ngl i still see Jennie as a leaderish. I think it was a good move though cause hopefully this means YG will give equal attention to all the members (as opposed to just the leaders/rappers like before)

I think I actually preferred Nada over Miryo tbh I'm a bit surprised I was expecting Nada to be worse then she actually was Janey slayed, she's like a deeper more polished version of Sua Yuna actually dissapointed me a little she was stronger in the SMTM preformance Grace's rapping is weird

Like there's really no clear cut member who's more popular than others. I think Lisa is a little more popular internationally but still, they all seem pretty equal

ok as a fan since 2012 some thoughts -- -It was hard adjusting to the idea of just OT4. but omfg. These girls are delivering. Like seriously all the training really shows and even though it's much different than what I was expecting, I'm glad with the outcome. I feel for the girls that have come and gone but there must have been a reason OT4 became end goal -I'm a bit surprised they're going more sexy but I also kind of love it. It's not the usual sexy, it's like badass yet feminine sexy that is really different and nice -Jennie: seriously such a queen. Everything about her is on point, her stage presence is overwhelming and she is definitely the leader. She's an all rounder and I can't wait to see her preform. She is becoming my ultimate bias, I cannot believe how much she's grown in these past 4 years -Jisoo is a top notch visual. I was honestly very hesitant for awhile when she first started appearing in MV's and CF's but really, I think she shines on stage. She has this aura that is so enticing and she has so much potential. YG better not screw this up for her. Even though her dancing could have been better, I have faith she'll do just fine as the main visual -Rose is seriously the ace of the group. Period. Singing, visuals, and now dancing... She slays. Needs no more explanation, I'm so ready for her. I remember when we first discovered her and we got all her church pictures and I can't believe she's grown so much since then. -Lisa: I really can't wait to hear her rap. I think she definitely has the charm to make it in the industry, and I'm so glad she's raking in those international stans. She's such a queen and she's going to bring so much life to their stages. its crazy that they're finally debuting. like it's very surreal. I'm glad YG is actually teasing them a lot and I hope this level of promotion carries through Girls are coming

i feel like Sua/Seoyeon are more likely to be the leaders. I dont understand why YG didn't just include Jinny in this lineup.. tbh it's sad knowing a lot of these girls we grew attached to might end up leaving YG all together. like he has so many female trainees, I can't imagine them all fitting in F2NE1. F2NE1, Lee Chaeyoung, Jinny, Katie, Hanna, mystery trainees... I'm esp worried for Jinny and Hanna.
