I used to think Changmin was a homophobe, but I really only based that on his interactions with Jaejoong. I later realized he's not a homophobe at all, it was literally all just directed at Jaejoong. Basically the rumors say that they fought a lot, broke up a couple times, Yunho's parents didn't accept their relationship, Jaejoong cheated, and Jaejoong wanted to be more open about their relationship while Yunho didn't (which I'm guessing meant more open to the public, since I don't think their relationship was exactly a secret behind the scenes).

If rumors are to believed, then the relationship was basically doomed from the start and it's a miracle it lasted as long as it did.
