Thanks for hosting the event, I did not participate as much as I wish I did so I wanted to apologize for that since the hosts and judges put a lot of effort into making the whole thing fun Our team did have some timezone issues but we managed to slowly work something out so I'm happy of that, we mostly did not play to win but to have fun as you could see from our attempts at participating ctfu All teams did an amazing job I loved reading your posts and the stuff yall came up with >__< Also glad for the friends I made thru this event ♥

Damn I haven't done a review in over 2 weeks, well here's one no one asked for yass CIX - OK NOT It's giving amazing Korean OST vibes, would love seeing this in a kdrama maybe it was scrapped from one who knows... their vocals SHINE here they let the right members do the right parts, the bass is so good, the prechorus is AMAZING the low register by Hyunsuk and Yonghee DEVOURED, BX's rap amazing as usual, Seunghun digested the vocals, baejin's voice giving it some special flavor, the second chorus extending a little bit I love when songs do that, specially when the last chorus also switches things up 5/5 I didn't know what the hell 458 meant for the longest time but I guess it's a cute title even tho it doesn't suit the vibe of the song itself. I sometimes get irked by the fact that Baejin gets so many lines but this chorus suits him well, anyway the backing vocals and the adlibs are A+ over the entire song, Yonghee's whispery parts in the chorus are so good. It lowkey reminds me of jungle a bit, also love how the chorus do switch up as they go on. The main synth gets kinda jarring at first but if you get used to it... it's not that bad BX and Hyunsuk's raps are a bit out of place but I guess it makes sense when Baejin and Seunghun (and Yonghee surprisingly) are driving the song 4/5 It's giving... straight from the repertoir of songs rejected by SM, the raps actually help this song a lot unlike 458... the post-chorus was kind of just there, didn't add much, would rather not have it there at all The harmonies popped off in the last chorus, the whispery parts are once again top tier, the post chorus served as a nice outro at the end btw 4.5/5 It's giving power ballad vibes, the string are AMAZING, the vocals are AMAZING once again. Cue the lacrimal glands because the song is serving raw emotions, Seunghun went throught his 109th divorce for the recording of this song The acapella section, GOOSEBUMPS, the wooohs hitting extra hard BX's raw vocals, he doesn't sing much BUT THE WAY HE SANG HIS LINES ADDS SO MUCH TO THE SONG IDC IDC The repetitive outro does not feel repetitive at all, feels more anthemic if anything and even more with all the members singing that part, specially with Seunghun's adlibs hitting 5/5 Overall album review They took their sweet time for this comeback just to have only 4 songs, but I can see why it only had 4 songs, ALL OF THEM are amazing, 458 included, despite not being one of their stronger title tracks, it does not suit the vibe of the album either but does not make it any less bad 4.63/5 CIX - OK NOT (4.63/5) Suho - Grey Suit (4/5) Gfriend - The Awakening: (4/5) Chungha - Bare&Rare1 (3.94/5) Cherry Bullet - Cherry Wish (3.5/5) Red Velvet - The Red (3.25/5) Twice - Between 1&2 (3.14/5)
