Well, it's subjective because a lot of people loved how he portrayed all his characters in dramas since YAB and he was praised a lot in MHIYD (even by some of his worse critics) so to each his own I guess. TTM was the most different role he had and people liked it. People can talk about "his acting sucks" , "low ratings" etc. for as long as they want but the offers will keep coming to him because he has huge marketing value (hallyu power) to production companies. P.S. I really hope you aren't just joining this " he has one facial expression bandwagon" because that's seriously over-stretching it if you actually really watched ALL of his dramas. Mom has surely passed on the great genes. She's a beauty!

It surely doesn't make sense. Baseless rumour, I think. If Yonghwa were to film a drama, it'd probably be on the second half of the year after his solo tour, FNC Kingdom & Spring tour with CNBLUE. And highly doubt he'd play a supporting character at this point.

Yonghwa interview with Apple Daily in Hongkong [Trans] Korean popular band CNBLUE member Jung Yong Hwa will hold a solo concert in Hong Kong Expo tomorrow night. It's really a pretty interesting show and the application process is also quite interesting. Apparently, only unmarried women in their 30s can apply for slots on the show and you have to answer questions during the app process: 1. Why are you not married? 2. What is you dream wedding? 3. What type of girl would you like YongHwa to marry? Anyway, those who will get in are gonna be so lucky. They get to be so close to Yonghwa and enjoy his music at the same time.

Sweet Yonghwa gave away chocolates (apparently from a nice chocolatier in Japan (?) to his concert staff during White Day. They were all in Osaka at that time for his concert. According to K-fans, it's not a special stage but just a make-up rehearsal for them since they won't be flying out today but will instead arrive tomorrow. If I'm correct most of the people in that group are currently filming dramas - Yonghwa, Hyungsik & Siwan.

The audacity of this fan to even claim FT Island's name is being used? I'm seriously pissed right now. I honestly feel bad for FT Island because I 100% agree that FNC is an incompetent agency but their fans seriously need to lay off CNBLUE. How in the world would CNBLUE need FT Island's name to do a concert in Latin America & Europe when they actually are the one who had already managed solo concerts in London, Chile, Peru & Mexico. If any, it's actually CNBLUE fans who should be surprised at this joint concert scheme of FNC. Why a joint concert now after CNBLUE already managed solo successful concerts in these regions? FNC is so freaking incompetent. And, I'm sick of some FT Island fans blaming everyone (FNC, CNBLUE etc.) for FT Island's declining popularity. Has it ever occured to them that maybe the group also had shortcomings?

FT Island fans need to get their shit together and focus on supporting their oppas and their music instead of barking at the wrong tree a.k.a CNBLUE. Bashing/Hating on CNBLUE won't make FT Island more successful, do they know that? It's laughable for someone to even claim that CNBLUE needs Hongki's voice to sell tickets to a European concert. CNBLUE has already managed a sold-out solo London concert in 2012 without Hongki and a world tour without Hongki or any trace of FT Island for that matter. Yeah. FNC just don't know how to deal with fans properly. One thing they're good at is antagonizing fans of their artists and creating hostility/discord between the fans of their artists. Yonghwa's fans have been doing huge support projects for all his activities even way before CNBLUE debuted. When CNBLUE just debuted and BOICE wasn't yet born, it was Yonghwa's fanbase, which he accumulated from YAB, that has become CNBLUE's main support. They obviously have no problem not getting publicity for what they do since they've been doing these for 5 years without any, but FNC has got to be fair. If you can't do this for one, then don't do it for others too. You're right about the record-breaking contributions too. It was the charity who approached DC JYH for an interview which is supposed to be published in Korea portal sites but FNC blocked it last-minute for whatever reason, I don't know. Then last year, they made the contributions to CNBLUE School like a contest among fans, that whoever donates the most will be announced or something. Total BS from FNC. DC JYH got so annoyed, they did not participate in FNC's scheme and instead donated hundreds of boxes of formula milk for babies in orphanages. It's seriously a long-list of grievances, 5 years of pent-up frustration. FNC sucks.

CNBLUE won in Show Champion a week after their comeback and on their goodbye stage in Music Bank. All music shows place high emphasis on digital sales so MBLAQ need at least a decent digital sales to be at least nominated and excellent album sales etc. to win. CNBLUE had good digital sales though not at par with CBH, Mr.Mr. and Some, luckily Can't Stop has longevity in the digital charts plus excellent album sales until the end of the promo so they managed to snag a win in Music Bank goodbye stage.

SBS MTV Big Pleasure Stage and "Can't Stop" comeback show are two different events. Big Pleasure will be pre-recorded on the 27th @ COEX. Broadcast date is yet to be announced, but definitely March. It's open to Lotte members. SBS "Can't Stop" comeback show will be pre-recorded on the 22nd @ SBS Prism Tower Hall and to be aired on March 2. It's originally set to be a private recording but FNC suddenly opened it open to fans albeit to a limited number through pre-ordering and application in designated HOT TRACKS shops. Limited number per shops, a total of 500 slots for all. I think a lot of fans got confused and are thinking that the 2 events are just one and the same. They are not so yay for more CNBLUE live performances on Korean TV

IDK. To me, Lee Dong Gun looks so old in the drama (and the turtlenecks aren't helping), he can pass off as Mirae's uncle especially when she had that new haircut. I think LDG has been away for too long (more than 5 years) so the audience hasn't warmed up at all to him or probably just the character. I'll never forget his character throwing water into a woman's face though and never apologized for it.

Even in Korea, most viewers are supporting Seju-Mirae pairing. If you read the articles, visit forums most people are rooting for Seju (Yonghwa) to end up with Mirae instead of the main lead. Viewers are getting frustrated because of the sloppy writing plus the fact that the main couple have no appeal at all. i love Yoon eun Hye but seriously her and Lee Dong Gun (male lead) are just so bland as a couple.
