I'm lost, I bought a username changer and for some odd reason it won't let me change my username at all? No matter what I type in it will continuously say that I am not permitted to make any more changes. Why is that?

I just bought one, but now that I want to change my name it says it's not available? Or is it because I chose a username that a banned user has? If the user is banned why can't I have the username?

Username : Kim SeoLhyun Request : To be unbanned from the bashing thread. I have reflected heavily since then, I realized my errors and I promise I will only go there to bash idols and celebrities instead of users. Oh and is it possible to remove 2 of my wps as well?
