Yeah, when Jina got sick everyone (bob girls members + chrome ent) decided they didn't want to keep promoting the group without all 4 being able to do it, so chrome released them all from their contracts. Danbi and Dahye/Migyo are in LoveUs now, and Yujeong is in training to debut in a new group with GH Ent (Tint + BIG's company)

The member change rumors were started by someone on twitter who claims "their friend" called musick and then for whatever reason the staff told them that. The tweet was made in english, by some random kpop fandom blogspot account. There is absolutely no discussion about this rumor on the internet in Korean, it's not true.
