  1. I don't know. The only members whose contract status I am sure of is that Halla and Jane are both still with MusicK.
  2. This is all entirely speculation on my part: But I've always figured it was because MusicK upper management was never sold on the 'tough' girl group concept, and that Yujin's medical thing gave them an excuse to just kill the Ark. Yuna and Minju joined the company before everyone else, and their contracts would expire first, and the timing seems to line up with that theory. Honestly, I kind of think that not renewing Yuna and Minju's contracts was due to mutual feelings (i.e. not just a MusicK decision). If I was in the members' position I would want to get out once it was obvious that the Ark wasn't really going to work out.
  3. I didn't really get into any specifics about it. They all said sorry, but they can't really talk about what happened to the Ark, especially since Jane and Halla are still with MusicK. But I wished Yuna good luck with whatever she ends up doing in the future, and then she said she's going to try to keep doing things like the afreeca appearances. She hopes there will be more opportunities for her (and maybe the others, at least unofficially) to meet with their fans in public moving forward. And she asked to spread the word to your friends to please keep supporting all of the members, and that they all really appreciate everything their fans have done for them up to now. e: also she wanted to make it clear that all 5 of them are still really close friends (and it was obvious that the 3 of them in hongdae were still friends) and that everything that happened wasn't because of some internal fight between the members or something.
  4. They all looked good and seemed like they were doing well given the circumstances. I talked to Yuna afterwards and she was really upbeat and positive even though she definitely understands how shitty everything kind of worked out to be.
  5. They were there because they are still all close friends. But the Ark is gone and it isn't coming back.
  6. Her song is out If you have melon or another korean music service account please stream it! http://www.melon.com/album/detail.htm...
  7. Nothing wrong with buying more than is needed, but for future reference the Sinchon M2U is one of the few stores that will let you see total the # of cds people have bought so far. So you can generally wait until afternoon/evening on the last day of fansign sales to check what a safe # cds to buy will reasonably guarantee that you get in.
  8. The video from Boram's Bugs TV performance + interview is available on bugs' website now, but they haven't uploaded it to their youtube channel yet. http://music.bugs.co.kr/specialView/bugstv/O30E48FG1NQWORLRL7FJ
  9. Thanks! And yeah she said it will be released this month, I don't remember the date but the 12th sounds right?
  10. Pictures (full set here https://flic.kr/s/aHskzDKPnU)
  11. She gave all of her fans laminated signed photos!
  12. At her Bugs TV Live show on Monday, Boram mentioned that she is done with her music show promotions for Dynamic Love. But she also said that when she comes back with her full album she will try to do a much longer promotion cycle.
  13. It's a nice idea, but if the money from this would go to musick I don't think fans should do it. edit: basically stuff like this is why kpop companies dont care about treating their fans like shit, because no matter how bad the company is, at the end of the day fans will still throw all their money at them for just a chance to see their idols.
  14. It's not really rumors any more. They are disbanded, that's it.
  15. Their company got bought by coridel, so now they have to wait for Jessica to have her solo debut before they can have a come back.
  16. When they originally signed Yuna and Minju there were no plans to put them into a girl group, they were both soloists. Neither one of their solo debut songs did particularly well, so they ended up being put into the Ark.
  17. Minju and Yuna's contracts ended. They had both joined Music K several years before Halla, Jane and Yujin, so the term on Minju and Yuna's contracts expired first. MusicK is keeping Halla and Jane because they are both still under contract, and don't really have any other choice but to stay. Yujin was probably released from whatever binding terms were in place due to her medical condition.
  18. There were around 7 fans in the audience I think, plus some mnet staff/guests that came in to watch. I got in by purchasing some special mnet.com streaming deal that came with a signed CD and the ticket, but I think some other fans just asked Boram's fan staff for tickets as well. It varies between artists on how they handle fan ticket distribution for meet & greets. edit: the full video replay is available now: http://mwave.interest.me/meetgreet/view/256
  19. I went to her meet and greet today and took some pictures full hi-res set: https://flic.kr/s/aHskyNeV81
  20. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r9h_gMqXOFk Yuna was in Hongdae and (mostly) randomly ended up doing noraebang on this afreeca stream: http://play.afreeca.com/djleegoon/173893430 Notably she only introduced herself as "Yuna from New York", essentially denied that she had debuted as an idol, and never mentioned the Ark. Likewise, the preview video only lists her as former YG-trainee and former Superstar K contestant Yuna Kim.
