Hmm... I feel like being on Unnies gave a very good push to Minzy more than just the agency change. Public opinion about her and her image changed 180 degrees thanks to Unnies. I feel like going to Music Works wouldn't be enough to propulse Min anywhere (especially with how much the public seems to love to hate her). She can go the lowkey route and become a full time musical actress, but if she wants solos that do well, she'd probably need to appear on a show that would "redeem" her image to the public...

Idk if AKS can do much with Team 8 besides kennins. They are Toyota's first and foremost it seems... They are basically as distant as another sister group...

There are 23 girls they can promote actually with the D2. The logic is counting all AKB Girls who haven't announced graduation, there are 42 left. My process for saying they'd better scrap a team is that for the teams to function with little to no borrowing from other teams, there need to be at least 18 to 20 girls not counting the kennins (because we know just how many times they perform in AKB theater). Here are stats from 2015 shuffle Team A; 20 regular AKB members, 3 Kennins Team K; 18 regular members, 5 Kennins Team B; 19 regular members, 3 Kennins Team 4; 19 regular members, 3 Kennins So teams have about 19 members each, for a total of 76 members not counting Kennins. Even by promoting all the KKS they would never reach that number. If we say 4 teams of 16, it's 64 members. That would mean promoting ALL the current KKS to keep 4 teams (and reach a total of 65 regular members and no kks at all). My opinion is that if they do insist on keeping 4 team, they should scrap the current team 4, put those girls in A, K and B and give Team 4 to 16th gen (aka the new "new gen" team). but that would also mean auditioning 17th gen right away or at least rushing a Draft event to get a good couple of girls in ASAP. And actually, even scrapping one team, they would need to promote 17 girls out of 23 (so 5 D2 and 12 16th gen) if we go for 19 girls... Actually, ya know, no matter what the scenario is, they probably need to rush Draft 3 or 17th gen real quick... unless they plan on destroying a sister group and merging it with AKB

Well, with Rina transferring, they are down to 42 regular members (not counting team 8 and KKS). They will definitely need to scrap one team and promote the D2 girls ASAP (and even with that, at 3 teams, not counting the kennins, one team would have 15 members, not 16)

Well, in the years between 2PM's debut and GOT7's debut (2008, 2014) and Miss A and Twice (2010, 2015) they let many "older" trainees with great potential go... that's how the business is. It wouldn't be a first and it won't be a last. They don't /have/ to debut them no matter if they are getting older or not.
