Wow. Haven't posted since forever here although I always follow this thread. Anyway, BTS slayed!!!!!!! Nuff said. I can't help myself but post since there's something bothering me. I keep seing theories all around saying Jin died and the others were alive and are coping/suffering from his death. But my question is: How did Jin die? And why? And if he died, what about the VCR in the concert where he's the only one left in the family picture? My guess is that he died because of depression. I think he felt like he is being left out among the members (depicted in some scenes that he seems to be always behind when the others are running, not joining them/being passive) and he felt that he's the odd one out in the group (depicted Taehyung drawing an X on him, marking him "target" and ruining the house of cards he struggled to make). I think Jin misinterpreted his friends' actions and felt that he was always alone (depicted in the family picture VCR and the ending of the prologue video). So when he sees that picture in the glove compartment where Suga was supposed to be in but not there, the impact of it all comes to him and he commits suicide. After Jin died, the others realizes that maybe they didn't do their best to be a better friend to Jin and blamed themselves for his death. That's why they are committing all sorts of bad deeds and seem to be 'running away' from the guilt. But in the end, like the other theories say, everyone came to a resolution and forgave themselves. I DON'T KNOW. What do you think? Sorry for the long post. I'll die from headache if I don't release these thoughts.
