Am I the only one who thinks WM will do it? There's already small things going on between the companies. I personally think it will benefit B1A4. I totally get what you guys are saying, but idk I just have this feeling WM will join.

 

And please realize SM would NOT be making their music. They're just going to be the distributors like LOEN is to a lot of artists. It's SM C&C, not SM Entertainment.

I don't know what SM C&C is, but I know if they do "merge", it's just a distributor type of thing. "Merge" I think is actually a word that's been throwing off a lot of people.

Although SM C&C, as a distributor, does have rights to determine what they do want to distribute,

the middle man has to make some kind of profit, so it's inevitable that if WM does merge, there is no way WM and SM C&C can stay entirely different entities.

I hope it stays as rumor.

uhm No. well maybe most of ppl may agree that wment will benefit in this merging bc they're an small company and i admit there's in me that tells me that i would be ok in anything what's good for them but still i don't think i'm ok with this. They're slowly getting in the scene right now and i don't want some things may possibly changed bc of this merging. I can't complain no more on how wment handles b1a4. I'm afraid that we may not hear jinyoung's composition anymore. Imagine sm holding 2841874 groups i don't want b1a4 to be pushed aside. I just want them to stay as it is

My thinking is that WM isn't going to merge.

Woollim did do the merge, but that's when both Infinite and Nell are already popular, successful groups, plus, Woollim has new rookie artists like... I forget her name. Jiae? They could use SM to promote her.

 

B1A4 currently is in the stage where they're on this fast-running momentum towards becoming very popular, whereas Infinite has already passed this stage, so for B1A4 to suddenly get shoved into SM could be disastrous, and end up stopping their momentum.

In addition, WM doesn't seem to have any plans to release new rookie artists, so for WM to merge now wouldn't make much sense, at least, from what I speculate.

I've became a BANA shortly after "Baby I'm Sorry" era. I was still a kpop newbie so I was just watching MVs and getting to know all the different groups.

I liked "Baby I'm Sorry", it was catchy and the boys looked really good (I remember I crushed on Jinyoung hehe) so I downloaded their albums and automatically became a fan. I love their music it's fresh and happy, they keep improving from comeback to another. "Ignition" is still one of my favorite kpop albums and I think that "What's Going On" is one of the best 2013 minis.

 

So yeah. That's basically how I became a BANA XD What about you ?

I could cry over their beautiful hairstyles every day, that concept was GLOOORIOUS, and I could play that song straight 100x legit.

When they debuted, I watched the MV, but I was in a major SJ/SHINee phase then and it just slipped out of my mind.

I watched Only Learned the Bad Things, and again, totally forgot about it.

Beautiful Target came out, I'm like omg that guy (Sandeul) is totally cute this song is totally cute omg they're totally cute

and then totally forgot about them again (I'm a terrible person.)

 

I completely missed their Baby I'm Sorry/Baby GoodNight eras,

and then right before they announced a Tried to Walk comeback, I was watching Infinite's Sesame Player, and then clicked on B1A4's sesame player episode by mistake when I was trying to find the next part,

and then I thought they were the CUUUUTEST human beings on earth, found out they were having a comeback (Tried to Walk),

threw every group I liked out the back window, and never looked back

(I'm a terrible person, again)

 

and that's my extremely long terrible story of how I became a BANA.

There's this new diving show that Gongchan, Tao, and a bunch of other idols are on, and they're on the same team (4 teams, A,B,C,D)

Their episode should air around September 13th.

Hi everyone! It's been a long time ><

 

I wrote a B1A4 fanaccount of the Amazing Store concert, but only part of it, hopefully I'll find time/become unlazy to write the second half ><

I went during the second day, so the day I went, Sandeul (EEEEEE IT'S TOTALLY FATE) performed.

 

Here it is! (It's REALLY long btw, because I'm detail obsessive, so I remember a lot of little things (and miss a lot of big things -____- ))

 

B1A4 AUGUST 8 AMAZING STORE CONCERT FANACCOUNT

 (***Note: I have the worst memory ever, but I’m trying really hard to put everything in chronological order… I may forget some songs, or put some events in the wrong order)

 

PART 1

 

I was in Standing Section A, number 255, so I’m basically in front of the stage, more on the left side, and several rows of people back, but still fairly close.

 

DESCRIPTION OF THE STAGE:

I started panic-spazzing  as soon as I saw the stage.

There were metal columns to the right and left. There was a drum set in the left one, and a keyboard and sound board in the right one.

Between the metal columns was the stage. There was the main stage, and then an upper stage.

At the sides of the stage were stairs leading from the main stage to the upper stage.

On the upper stage there was a screen above it, and it played B1A4’s Litmus photoshoot BTS.

Below the upper stage at the back of the wall were blue panel doors that split down the middle, and in front of the panel doors on the main stage were a desk on the left side, and a bookshelf on the right side with toys in them. I think I saw an Iron Man toy XD

 

CONCERT START

At 8:00 pm, suddenly, a person appeared on the stage with an apron and a feather duster, and with him were dancers doing robot dances, and climbing up the steps. The apron man pranced around the stage cleaning the toys, and people acting as customers came in looking at the toys.

Then, a man with glasses, wearing a black suit, cape, top hat, and cane came in. On the screen flashed an introduction sheet, saying that his name was Edward, and he was the owner (of the toy store.)

Then, a girl came in looking at the toys, wandering around the stage for a bit, and then she saw the blue panel doors at the back, with a sign on it that said “Toy B1A4 Coming Soonâ€.

As she heads towards it, the apron man freaks out, and waves frantically at her not to go near it, and tries pulling her away, but she pushes him out of the way.

I’m like being squeezed to death by people pushing around me, and everyone’s getting excited because they know what’s behind the doors,

She flings open the doors, and there were five figures in shadow standing perfectly still, and I thought they were wax figures or mannequins of B1A4.

As soon as the doors open and people get a glimpse of B1A4, all of a sudden everyone surges forward, and I thought to myself “Well, this is it. I’m going to die here.â€

On the screen appears one by one a profile of the member, with rankings like:

Jinyoung – Sense of Direction – 1 star

CNU – Broad shoulders – 5 stars

etc etc

The apron man dropped a curtain in front of B1A4, and scolded the girl.

I’m not exactly sure what happened next, but B1A4 came out eventually, and they performed Baby Goodnight.

For the entire concert, there was a live band playing all the instrumentals, so it was really cool, Baby Goodnight had a different instrumental than usual.

I think I blacked out at one point because I completely do not remember anything besides being totally shocked that I’m seeing B1A4 right in front of me.

Anyways, they perform OK, and Sandeul is belting his voice out.

I think they perform “I Won’t Do Bad Things†afterwards, and I was just like inner panicking because before the concert I was really really hoping they would perform it, and so when it came on, I was just like AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH.

Afterwards, they have a small talking section, and then they go over to this spin wheel thing, and they ask “Where should we go? To the sea? The valley?â€

And for each place, a corresponding picture appears on the screen above the upper stage.

Sandeul tried spinning the wheel, but Baro and Jinyoung, who were sitting up top, held it with their hands, and Sandeul said “Why is this so difficult?â€

He eventually managed to spin it to “Forestâ€

I have my glasses on, and I’m staring at each of them as much as I can, and the one that really stands out first is Jinyoung. He is so unbelievably gorgeous, his eyes are really striking. They’re really narrow, and a lot bigger actually than I thought. Pictures and videos don’t really give him justice, he’s really beautiful in real life.

After they spin to “forestâ€, tree props start rolling in on either side, and then five tree stumps on a platform come out with microphones stands attached, and B1A4 gets on the platform and sit down.

They announce that each of the member has been learning an instrument.

Gongchan, who’s sitting on the far left, pretends to play the violin, and everyone is like “whoaaaa, really?†He reaches behind him… and pulls out a cabassa shaker, and he does a little demonstration.

Jinyoung is sitting next to him, and he air drums, and then he pulls out a triangle, and he hits it with the mallet.

There’s a ukulele next to Sandeul, and he strums it, and Jinyoung (or was it Sandeul?) sings a little bit of Jason Mraz’s “I’m Yoursâ€.

CNU pulls out a drum from beside him, and Baro takes out these red tubes connected to each other, and he asks “does anyone know what this is?â€

and Sandeul says “it looks like ddukbokki!â€

They were shakers, you could disconnect them and use them as individual shakers, or put them together and use them as one shaker.

They start playing the instruments, and perform “Wonderful Tonightâ€, acoustic version.

Jinyoung is a better singer than I thought.

They perform a different instrumental version of “Only Learned the Bad Thingsâ€, and it was REALLY good, I preferred that version over the original instrumental.

They walked up to the front of the stage, and performed “Yesterdayâ€, and then all of a sudden they started stripping for some reason.

Well not stripping. They were originally wearing sailor suits, and then Jinyoung first took off his sailor suit and he was wearing a tank top and oh my sweet jesus his arm muscles AH

CNU was also wearing a tank top, and I was surprised that his arms seemed smaller than Jinyoung’s, and he’s also thinner than I thought.

Gongchan attempts to help Sandeul take off his sailor outfit, but Sandeul’s hat gets in the way, but he takes it off eventually, and he’s wearing a t-shirt. His arms and legs are really pale, and he looks very squishy XD

Gongchan and Baro keep their sailor outits on.

All of a sudden, they lay down, and the stage goes dark, and I can’t see them anymore so I watch the screen, and they’re all laying down, and they say to look at the sky,

and suddenly, the ceiling and top of the stage lights up with all these little lights to represent stars and it’s so pretty,

and then “Starlight Song†plays and I’m like OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

because I have been dying to watch that song performed live,

and here it was, and I died.

The performance was absolutely beautiful, the dance was fluid, but very strong, and Gongchan’s part was memorable, I remember his because he sings “I make a sincere prayer with my two eyes closed tightlyâ€, and he falls to his knees and all I’m thinking is that he has a really pretty voice and wow you’re gorgeous.

Gongchan’s hair was long and wavy, and his face is really small.

They play on the screen afterwards a clip of B1A4 with five whiteboards, one for each member, and there’s a bunch of adjectives on the table that they stick on the whiteboard for each member to describe what kind of man they are. The theme was like B1A4 experiencing love.

Each member takes turns sitting down turned around with headphones on, so the other members discuss what words to put on their board. For Gongchan’s, he went last, so they just dump all the rest of the words on his board.

In the end, they all turn around to see what the members put on their boards, and they get into a silly word throwing fight, and Baro slaps on Sandeul’s chest “loudâ€.

The clip finishes, and then it’s time for each member’s little individual story about “A Man who has fallen in Love is _____â€
 

JINYOUNG’S STORY

It’s Jinyoung’s turn first, and the his theme is a man who has fallen in love is… the word they used is 헤프다, and the closest English translation I can think of is like changing too easily/short-term/not long-lasting.

Jinyoung walks onto the stage looking absolutely adorable in a jean vest. He starts singing and adorably dancing to “Hey Girl†along with… I don’t remember exactly… I think it was with CNU, Sandeul, and Gongchan, and during the “sexy 하게 볼까†part, he does the most adorably strangely sexy wave, and I don’t know what to do but laugh.

He sees a girl on the other side of the stage, and is like struck with cupid’s arrow, and he runs up to her like “CAN I GET YO NUMBER PLEASEâ€, but she just brushes him off and walks away, dropping her towel.

Jinyoung grabs it, and runs up to her and attempts to ask her out again, but she walks away.

CNU then walks onto stage, and he’s like “Jinyoung, what’s wrong with you.â€

and he’s like “I just saw the girl of my dreams, but she totally brushed me off!â€

and CNU was like “what about her?â€

And another girl walks across the stage, and Jinyoung says “OMG SHE IS TOTALLY MY TYPE†and runs after her, but she too brushes him off, and he is totally heartbroken.

CNU says “Dude, you have to stop.†He pulls out a cell phone, and shows it to Jinyoung. “Didn’t you say you really loved this girl last week?â€

Jinyoung: Oh? I did! Omg she’s so pretty!

CNU: And you also said you totally loved this girl the week before.

Jinyoung : OH MY GOD SHE’ S SO PRETTY TOO

CNU: Dude, what’s wrong with you.

Jinyoung: I don’t know…

And then Jinyoung looks at CNU and starts hugging/touching CNU’s arms and shoulders

Jinyoung: Actually, CNU you’re pretty too… you have long hair…

CNU: OKAY YOU NEED HELP

Then, Sandeul walks in with a girl, and then he sees Jinyoung, and immediately turns around trying to cover up the girl, but Jinyoung spots her, and then cue angel chorus beautiful light (literally), and he’s totally in love.

Sandeul: (waving his arms in Jinyoung’s face) Hyung! Hyung! What’s wrong? Your face doesn’t look too good.

Jinyoung: I think I’m in love

Cue more adorable dancing and singing to “Hey Girlâ€.

As Jinyoung dances off singing, a guy comes up to the girl that’s apparently her boyfriend, and Jinyoung turns around to see her walking off with him, and he slowly stops singing the song, heartbroken.

I don’t remember if there was anything more…

 

BARO’S STORY

Baro’s theme was a man that has fallen in love is cute!

Baro enters the main stage through the center panel doors, and runs to the right side to open a door, and Gongchan walks out yawning (cue me screaming), acting as the “bored I-don’t-care†character.

Baro: Hurry up!

Gongchan: What is it…

They sit down on a couch on the right side of the stage, and Baro takes out a radio, attempting to tune it.

Gongchan: You still listen to a radio?

Baro: Shh!

Then, in the left hand corner of the upper stage, a light comes on, and a desk rises with CNU and Jinyoung on it, and CNU introduces it as CNU’s radio show “신어ë¼â€, with Jinyoung as a guest.

Jinyoung: Let’s Fly, B1A4! 안녕하게요, B1A4 leader Jinyoung 입니다.

Gongchan: *mocking Jinyoung* Let’s fly buh buh buh buh. What is this…

Baro: SHUSH

So the situation is that Baro is listening to the radio, and CNU reads Baro’s letter about a problem Baro has. Baro’s been with his girlfriend for a while, but they still haven’t kissed.

Jinyoung: The person who is with you right now, practice kissing with them!

Gongchan and Baro stare at each other.

Gongchan: NOPE. I’m out, see you.

Baro: CHANNIE. CHAN-AH. CHANNIE. PLEASE. DON’T GOOOOO

Gongchan: Fine.

Gongchan lays his head in Baro’s lap,

and then this part was just hysterical.

The lights change to red, and like sex music comes on, with Baro stretching his arms, rolling his neck, and taking off his jacket (he’s wearing a tank top underneath).

And then he leans down, and I can’t remember if they actually touched lips or not, I think I was too busy focusing on the fact that this was actually happening.

Gongchan sprang up, spitting and wiping his lips, and he storms out yelling something I don’t understand.

Baro: CHANNIE CHAN-AH COME BACK… Fine. I’ll just practice by myself.

And then Baro attempts to kiss his knees.

Baro gets a call from his girlfriend then.

Baro: What am I doing? Kiss- NO NO I MEAN EXERCISING.

He talks with her for a bit, and then he promises to kiss her.

Baro’s mini solo song for his story is “Chu Chu Chuâ€, and he actually sings the beginning! And then after the first verse, he does his rap, and looks SO handsome.

While Baro’s singing, Jinyoung and CNU are standing on the upper stage swaying back and forth snapping their fingers like the cheesy chorus back up dancers.

 

GONGCHAN’S STORY

I don’t remember what Gongchan’s word was, but he dives and rolls out of the left side onto the upper stage with binoculars, and the scenery is building rooftops.

Baro comes out after him with sunglasses and a pink scarf on his head.

Baro: This is absurd, you are totally a stalker.

Gongchan looked around with the binoculars, and he spots a girl (his girlfriend) standing with a guy on the lower stage.

He calls her, while looking down on them.

Gongchan: Ya, tell the truth, where are you right now?

(The girl doesn’t speak out loud, it’s just Gongchan talking.)

Gongchan continues scolding her, saying things like “Do you know what time it is? It’s 7 pm! Call me when you get home! And who’s that red haired guy next to you? Why is your skirt so short?! Wear leggings! Put that guy next to you on the phone!â€

Red scary lights then come on as she puts the other guy on the phone, and it turns out he’s her older brother.

Gongchan: Oh my god I am so sorry sir… and etc etc in a scared voice.

The girl gets put back on the phone.

Gongchan: That’s your brother?! Why is his face like that?! And no, I wasn’t scared pffft. Anyways, call me later!

The girl and her brother leave, and Gongchan and Baro come down to the lower floor.

I think it’s supposed to be a short time lapse, because Gongchan takes out his phone.

GC: Why hasn’t she called me yet?

He calls her, but the voicemail comes on, and Gongchan jumps when he hears the voicemail voice.

Baro then turns around to look at the upper stage, and he sees the girl with another guy sitting on a bench with their backs to BR and GC cuddling.

The girl turns around, sees them, and panics.

BR: OMG IT’S YOUR GIRLFRIEND LOOK LOOK

Just as Gongchan turns around, the girl whips back, her back facing them.

GC: Hey! That’s not funny, I’m trying to call her right now.

Baro looks again, and the girl is standing up making a cutting motion at her neck.

BR: I’m serious!! Look!!

Gongchan leaves a voice message that was SO adorable, talking about if she got home safely, she should call him as soon as she gets this message, is she wearing the leggings he bought her, and that he’s sorry he’s so over-protective, but it’s because she’s his first girlfriend, and he really loves her.

Gongchan then turns around, and sees them, and is utterly heart broken, falling onto his knees (did he? Or am I confusing that with Starlight’s Song. I don’t know he did a lot of knee falling.)

BR: Okay you wait here, I’m going to deal with this.

Fooool starts playing then, and it’s Gongchan’s mini solo song. He sings it oh so adorably, and his voice cracks absolutely terrifically on the “나ìœë„ˆ, I’m not fool babyâ€

And then for Baro’s rap part, Baro appears on the left hand side of the upper stage, chasing after the guy and the girl.

SANDEUL’S STORY

Sandeul’s theme was a man who has fallen in love is hurt. This was a sad one, like sniffling all around. As for me, I was too busy staring and freaking out that I’m seeing Sandeul live.

He was sitting at a desk that rose up on the upper stage on the right side. The upper stage is designed as like a bedroom. He gets on the phone with a girl that he really likes, but it becomes apparent that it’s a one-sided love, and she’s been using him.

Sandeul (on the phone at the desk):

Would you like to go out somewhere tomorrow?

Oh, you already have plans… that’s okay! How about the next day?

Oh, you also have plans then… that’s also okay! It’s important to keep promises, and your promises are very precious. How about going for coffee some time?

Oh. You hate coffee. What about going out to eat?

… You hate food, I see…

Oh, that 100 page report? Yup! I have it all finished –

… you need another 100 pages? Um…

No no no! It’s fine it’s fine, it won’t be hard at all. Just give me 24 hours! No problem!

Sandeul hangs up the phone, and he has a really sad expression on his face, and he sings the first half of “Crushâ€

CNU walks in through the left side, with a pink gift box on his head, acting as if it’s heavy.

CNU: Sandeul! Come help me with this.

Sandeul goes over and takes the present from CNU, dropping to the floor as if it’s very heavy.

It turns out that the girl Sandeul has a crush on really likes CNU.

CNU: We went out for coffee

Sandeul: But, she doesn’t like coffee…

CNU: What? No, she really likes coffee, she drinks it a lot. She also grabbed my phone and forced her number into my contact list, saying she wants to eat together later.

Sandeul: But… really? She’s not like that, she doesn’t like food.

CNU: Sandeul, there is no such thing on earth as a person who doesn’t like food. What is this girl like?

Sandeul: Well… (he drifts away all lovestruck), she’s really pretty, totally sweet, soooooooo lovely and nice…

CNU gets a phone call from the girl.

CNU: Oh, you want to go out to eat? Now? I’m with Sandeul… oh you don’t want Sandeul to come. Okay… Sandeul I’ll see you later.

Sandeul: Okay…

As soon as CNU leaves, Sandeul throws a tantrum.

Sandeul: How could this be?! You said you liked cute guys, so I changed my hair color and took off my glasses just for you!

He then sings the rest of “Crushâ€

I am really starting to like Gongchan more. He so humble and shy even though he has the perfect looks for a Korean guy and whatnot. I was proud of him when he finished the obstacle course. He had such a determined look on his face. He really does try hard!

like the members always on shows say that he's the best looking, and he probably does get a lot of compliments,

but he's actually pretty introverted, and aghhh so loveable~

 

I was also really surprised that he's that athletic. He's probably not as strong as CNU, but he's very agile
