You shouldn't trust koreaboo articles they call everything 'going viral' there was one instiz post and called it 'going viral' even though it has like 200 comments and wasn't even trending. In this case it could be the same. I can't read Japanese so it might be actually trending for real but koreaboo tends to exaggerate.
