I see. Thanks. I was just wondering because she has been on a lot of shows with a lot of Cantonese speakers. Even though they speak Mandarin on these programs I just wonder if she tries to learn the language.
Vic worked with 2 Hongkong actor and actress in her movie in 2016-2017 she might have picked up a few sentences from them
Vic and William is cute but... He seems to nice with everyone and Vic likes men that has only eyes on her. Plus their schedules are crazy... Good luck with the ship

Thanks for the replies guys. I assume it was for those reasoning too, but just wanted to confirm that was why they picked her.
Thanks! Most of my Chinese friends only know how to speak Canto. So no help there.
Haven't updated on Vic's activities on this page lately because I've been busy...shipping...
I just discovered a whole new world out there. A pink one. Victoria Song x William Chan. I think I got converted...What to do...once the show is over. My shipping heart is going to break.LOL my friend is Yen (crouchy929) . She said she will try LOL.
Let's see when she is going to post it... She was waiting for her fansite to do it LOL
Oh don't get too deep into shipping LOL.
They are cute and sweet but they seem to be too comfortable with each other... and I feel like Vic is too strong/man for him lol.
I mean he has all colorful hair in the show when Vic is much simpler haha. She sat manlier than him sometimes too haha.
Vic likes guys that is only nice to her. But he seems to be nice with all the girls and has a lot of ships too...
Looking at his exes he has a type too and Vic doesn't fall into it
Just be careful haha!
#1: Zheng Han (H2H)
#2: Vic (LK:HEFL)
#3: Johnny (LK:HEFL)

The drama is really doing well.
They are on top even if it's not even a week yet and we barely has 4eps/ 2days airing
We are also gaining 1000 rating in Douban each day too...
H2H is the drama leading on National TV right now but they had only less than 7000 ratings with 26 episodes out already
https://movie.douban.com/subject/26311907/
LK:HEFL has over 10,000 rating now with not even 1 week in and 4 episodes out.

Most people other mention are usually quite famous like "I want to be an actress like Suzy, or a singer like IU" when there are tons of other people they could use as role models, but they just say the ones that are super popular.
It's the same when people mention their ideal types. Goodness knows not everyone could really be into these people as their ideal type and there's someone from a less known group or something would would fit more but

You are right. They only want to be as successful as her: The most popular chinese female idol in Kpop who can make her name and have a successful career in China. That's why they mentioned her.
Most don't care how she is or how hard she worked to get where she is today... Like the light director said Vic drank 8 raw eggs, holding 10-kg of rice above her head for the longest of time for her variety show in order to make a name for herself, how she took care the young members like an old mom etc...They want to be at her level of success but I wonder how many can do what Vic has done.
They don't mention others because they aren't at the level of success they desire.
@Dorkling I only have rough translation. I'm convincing my friend to do it...right now LOL
There is a part Vic talk about her struggle in Korea where the dance style isn't her original style... Even she could do it but she wasn't able to feel it... But she was able to take the top trainee that year after working so hard for it...
And I edited my above post a bit.
"Until she said that person drank 8 raw eggs in a variety show and Vic pointed to herself then everyone realized it was Vic... "

Yeah! After watching it a few times and reading google translation it seems she is a fan for years. At first everyone, even Victoria, thought it was Luhan since she was talking about good looks etc. But then when she talked about the number of years that person debut, Victoria said it was her. I think it was the lighting director or something. Anyways so cute!!! That's every fans wish right there...
For what I understood, it's not because she mentioned good look that people think it was Luhan
She said it's not "star chasing" but "love". That's why people including Luhan thought it's him because usually girls saying love to guys...
Until she said that person drank 8 raw eggs in a variety show and Vic pointed to herself then everyone realized it was Vic...

Both of her drama (Fox's First Love/Love Knots and Being Lonely In Love) trailers are out relatively close, does this mean both will air around the same time? Also her movie 'Legend of the Ancient Sword' was suppose to come out sometime this year too. And her album sometime this year too.

Her 2 dramas won't be out at the same time.
Love knots will be out on 5/9 when Being Lonely in love is still filming.
It'd take at least a few months (to edit and pass censor-board etc... ) after finish filming to be aired

excuse me why tf are you so offended lmao I was just kidding. I didn't mean that she doesn't know how to speak korean anymore, I don't even think that's possible. I said that because Pinky from Pristin spent a couple of weeks in China and then she said that she forgot a lot of words.
and what's the correlation between people thinking she doesn't sing and my post?
Well I wouldn't know you were kidding. Vic said something similar too and cnetz used to hate her back then.
So I personally thought I should address it carefully.
The correlation is that many f(x) fans aren't even familiar with her to begin with.
But my bad if you know her well and was just kidding.
-
I wonder how much of korean Vic still remembers lol
If you follow her you would know she still works and in contact with her korean makup artist/stylist. She brought them to France with her last time.
I don't think she has problem communicating at all.
But many f(x) fans don't think Vic can sing so I wouldn't be surprised that you don't know -
the only updates I've seen were people on Weibo raising money for it and Victoria telling fans she would consider a fansign for it
This is the most mysterious album in existence so far. Actually it's not that mysterious
The teasers came out way too early that took most of us by surprised
Before that many doubted about her solo and wondered if she meant to say the group comeback
The teaser photos is just her way of letting everyone know about HER Solo and stop all the unnecessary arguments.
She is preparing for it. It should be out before the New Year anyway.
Just save your money for it now.

Once Promised is a great novel. Vic's character changes over time from being naively in love to a lonely and serious woman esp when she starts taking sides. The CGI in this new MV doesn't look as bad as the first MV...except for that fire effect what came out of Vic's hand lol. I'm a little nervous how well it'll do esp with the ratings with ppl already comparing it to all these big June dramas. Fingers crossed....
The novel is really good even it's so sad. Vic's character will change a lot from the beginning to the end and basically is the MAIN character in the novel but I feel like they will try to put the focus more on HXM. But based on the novel it's all about her, her love, her life and her decisions
While I'm excited but worried too. There are many big dramas coming this summer and ALTL has very little to zero promotion. Only the main cast were at the press conference. They didn't do any promotion in variety show either.
My friend said it could be due to the novel/writer controversy but TMOPB had promoted in 1 show at least.
I just hope her character is well written and not just someone who can't make up her own mind. She's supposed to be smart and pretty much the main victim of all the political mess around her. Same, I sometimes prefer sad endings as it's more memorable and also this is the prequel to Love You Forever with a happy ending. The ppl that have read the drama script said the ending will be as sad as the novel so I'll get my tissues ready.

I love this shot of Vic getting ready to fight against HXM's army. Love is complicated.
I never thought she is someone never made up her mind because she is quite quick and decisive. But I do hope the writer will do the novel justice.
Her character is smart and had to do what she has to do for people she loves and her people...
Based on all the little teasers they showed I think the drama has follow the novel pretty closely even they need to change certain things in order to be able to film and broadcast.
One scene I'm waiting to see is how they fight each other. And because they know each other so well, no one can win... lol
Oh, just read about her solo.... 0_o. Will she do it during the airing of ALTL?

OMG! That outfit...I like the hoodie, backpack and glasses combo. It looks pretty funky, but cute. I do not like those pants (the pearls are super big, and i can imagine loosing a few when you wash it) or those shoes (looks like a wannabe hightops mix with tennis shoe...why Victoria, why!
Hate is strong word. I don't dislike Henry. I've watched tons of variety shows he is in and I think he can be pretty funny and goofy at times. I just said he seems a bit dumb; lack common sense on some variety shows. Each country has their own logic of things. Sometimes when you act a certain way, one country might consider it cute while another might consider you lacking common sense; not so bright. The thing with Henry is he is raised in the West. Most western tend to speak their mind (are outspoken) about a lot of things since they don't consider a lot of topics to be a big deal whereas in Asia they are more reserved. To me, on some shows he seems like he doesn't know his limitations. Sometimes he says things he shouldn't say or he ends up saying too much. Like Kyuhyun have said, he goes on variety show with Henry because he doesn't know what Henry will expose. So he goes to keep an eye out for Henry and that mouth of his. It's all about knowing when to say what. It makes for great entertainment on some shows like Happy Together, but not shows where you work together as a team on Ace vs. Ace.
Rather than saying relying, I would say enhance his fame/value in China. Package deals aren't new to SM. From the beginning of time it was ZhouMi, who was constantly a package deal with Vic. From variety shows, music duets, and even a drama together. After they stopped having ZhouMi as a package deal with Vic, they packaged her with Henry.
I know he is trying his best in China since there are a limited number of opportunities in Korea. But the thing is, Koreans feel that Henry personality might seem cute, like a puppy, but to most Chinese (non kpop fan) seem to think he is rather a scatter brain.
A lot of times people will hunt you down even if you didn't do anything wrong because it's guilty by association; in most cases. I think most of Vic's fans are just scared that she worked so hard to gain some recognition and it might get taken away just because of 'guilty by association' mentality a lot of people have.
As for the Amber thing...
I feel you both (Honeystan, f(shinhye) have your logic and reasoning. Instead of saying Amber is slacking or putting in less effort I feel that Amber's main focus is purely on music whereas Victoria's wants to go and explore her options more. It's hard for Amber to gain fame like Victoria, Henry or Lay because she, herself might not want to do anything besides music. Yes she can go on variety shows, MC for things and even featured in an episode of a TV series, but at the end of the day her passion is towards music and everything music related. As for jobs, it's harder for Amber to gain that fame/stand out like Victoria did during WGM because back then there weren't as many idol groups as now a days. It's all about timing and opportunity. Every country is different when it comes to finding jobs. I feel like with China/Korea even if you have a good team that doesn't mean you'll get a job. It seems like the team is just there to help you work out the minor details if you do get the job they aren't responsible for helping you find a job, it's basically your job to get yourself one because it's all about who you know. The reason why I say this is because if you look at a lot of idols response to fame they all say that when you are busy you are successful and liked because you are popular and wanted on all the variety shows whereas if you aren't getting much work you feel as if you are being forgotten; hence why a lot of idols get stressed sometimes. The entertainment industry in Korea is saturated with idols. About a dozen or so new groups are created yearly. There is a limit to your career in Korea if you aren't constantly putting yourself out there because in this industry you are asked to be on a variety show. Example: Happy Together (they find people for their topic). Hello Counselor (Find people who are currently promoting/currently out there). Weekly Idols (Currently promoting/fit their topic). Running Man (Currently promoting/ fit topic/give hype.) Korea is all about whats current when it comes to inviting guest appearances, MC positions etc.
At the end of the day, they are two different people. How they approach things will be different. They have some goals that are similar and they have some goals that are different, but that's because the have different paths they want to take/try. No matter where life takes them as long as they are happy that's all that matters.
I have been busy but very good points! Thank you
I like both Henry and Victoria, but Victoria has nothing to do with Henry getting on variety shows. He has been working in China since the beginning of 2016. Yes he has haters, but he has also gained fans as well. When he was on Ace vs Ace he was promoting his own variety show, "Happy Life," it wasn't because of Victoria. Henry will also be on Happy Camp with Victoria, but it has nothing to do with Victoria as Henry has been on the show many times without Victoria. He was on this past week and Victoria was nowhere in sight. Also, Henry was/is rumoured to guest on the variety show hosted by Victoria and He Jiong, but if that happens, it has nothing to do with Victoria as Henry is super close with He Jiong. Its more accurate to say that Henry and He Jiong is a packaged deal rather than Henry and Victoria.
And FYI over the past year and a half, Henry was a fixed regular cast on the following shows without Victoria:
Sisters over flower
Are You Normal w/ He Jiong
Let Go of My Baby
Happy Life w/ He Jiong
Cool Kiz on the Block Chn version
Fly Over Kitchen
I never say his career in China has relied on her though. But if you think all these appearances along side with Victoria are coincident then think back how many times Vic has promoted in the same show with Lay, Tao, Luhan and Kris in China even they all promoted only in China in the last few years. But sure, you do you

I just simply want her to do well. And I believe Henry can do well on his own, not being by her side.
Vic hasn't done much varieties except the last few months... so he can't be packaged with her when she rarely even did variety shows.
Anyway, I think we have enough of this. I'll move on.
Anyway, I'm excited for A life time of love
But I'm so used to the name original name Ah heng... Ah Mich is a bit... weird. Anyone know if it has meaning?

But what I'm saying is, we don't know if it's her choice. She even had to request her team to send her to Taiwan for her fansign because she wanted to go but her team hadn't really planned for that. And tons of people showed up but they still didn't give her a second day or many more Taiwan promotions outside of a 100% Entertainment and a few radio broadcasts/interviews. She had enough people show up to hold a small showcase but her team was kinda like one and done.
Vic Henry and Lay are in tons of shows (Plus Vic and Lay now have their own studios outside SM), but Amber is barely even in any shows in Korea which I feel is partially her team's fault. We can't shove all the blame on Amber when she works really hard when she actually does have a job and tries to find work for herself even if it's behind the scenes.
Vic, Henry, and Lay seem to have very active teams working for them since a talent can't always get the job themselves and their company knows where to look for the next available spot. Can we really say the same kind of effort has been put into Amber in any country she's worked in?
I don't really understand how "her team" work aside from making music... since it's different with Lay and Vic who have their own studios working for them
I don't understand Henry's team work either.
To me both Henry and Amber are like most SM artist and have SM on their back while Vic and Lay had their Chinese team in China. SM did send all of them to shows but it's up to them who get the most out of it. Vic was one of the most popular foreign idols back then hence more shows would want her.
I can see SM doesn't support Amber if it doesn't bring them profit but why would her team not let her?
And it's HER team, she set it up and can make it better. Like Vic and Lay, who can set a good team for themselves, why not Amber? Her team should do whatever that brings the best results to her career, don't they?
I don't like blaming her either, but blaming "her team" or SM is just another excuse. I mean no one would say no if it's something that bring profits.... Because it's their aim after all.
Amber isn't my bias so I can't say I follow her very closely but I have followed f(x) since 2010 and so I think I generally understand the members and their behaviors
Amber is passionate about music and she enjoys hanging out with her friends... I feel like she didn't put effort until she thinks it's "too late". I said something similar 3 years ago when Vic started to change her focus in China and working nonstop. You can compare how Vic and Amber's progress and career's difference to understand what I meant. They both started at the same place as foreigners in Korea but now they are at very different places in their careers.
I don't like excuses. If she wants something bad enough she would find her way to do it... Vic didn't just hang out with friends so she has the result she has NOW... So is Lay, or Mark. Those people worked non-stop for what they wanted since they have it much harder than others- They went to a foreign country for a career and have to learn everything over again.
Anyway this is Vic's thread. We can agree to disagree because at the end I still don't see her interest in China

And there is nothing wrong with it
-
2
-
-
Not sure how much interest Amber can show in China if China doesn't really show any interest in her, and who really knows how Amber's team works for her career anyway. I can't really lay the blame on her since I have no idea what's really going on and she's been actively practicing reading, writing, and speaking the language for quite some time. She also said she'd be willing to do a Taiwanese drama if they asked for her. Maybe no one's asking or maybe her team isn't accepting the offers for some reason, who knows.
And if people are talking about Henry's personality, I doubt it would reflect on Victoria since she doesn't act the same way.
I'm saying Amber has never tried...
Yes she said she is interested in TW drama if they asked her... but maybe she didn't try hard enough to gain her popularity there so they could ask her. Nothing is given freely.
Vic didn't get her drama offer until her popularity was skyrocket with WGM, remember?
Not to mention China... Put Lay, Vic and even Henry in comparison, you can see how much they tried and worked hard for their career in China but I never seen Amber cared much for it. You can say she isn't Chinese but neither is Henry or Mark.
That's why I assumed she is just simply not interested.... Because she has more advantage than other k-stars who can't promote there at all right now.
It's her choice and I respect her.

Does Henry have a bad reputation? I don't know much about him, the most I've seen was when he and Jackson went through Nana's clothes and stuff in Roommate and I found that borderline disgusting and very disrespectful and that got me a little mad at Jackson as well, who's an idol I like.
You got me worried too, I don't want Vic linked to someone like that.
That's one of the things... he did.
He said something not good in a Chinese show as well but I didn't care enough to remember
Like I said I'm not his hater... I just know he has records of "bad behaviors" in variety shows and for that I don't want Vic appearing next to him...
Because who know what could happen?
-
She was just at Changsha a few days ago for Happy Camp filming. I wonder why she went back today... She travels so much! Someone is making those yuans. I can honestly say I love her style too. Well most of the time, like 90% of her styling choices. I love today airport look too. Looks like a young spinster.
That is extreme. LOL. Especially having it tattooed in such a visible place. Another level of love and dedication.
Yeah we don't expect her to be athletic, but she's so competitive you would think she is. Especially in her WGM episodes. She was good at badminton and baseball. Or maybe it's just luck. I see...I guess we can't hope for too much promotion hype. We'll it's 13 days away!!! Cannot wait to see it. Maybe she'll have her music come back soon.
He probably appears with Vic because Vic and Lay can hold their own in China, meaning they are popular enough to get gigs alone without much/any effort from SM. And since Vic is on many popular variety shows, SM is hoping being with Vic will raise Henry's popularity even more.
Yeah, I would like to have Amber on variety shows with Vic. Help boost Amber's popularity and hopefully that will get her some acting leads or even go solo in China.
Vic is known for competitive and in WGM is more like playing around. She also had a lot of time back then to "practice" with her SM boys
But she doesn't have the luxury these days, working non stop in China. Not to mention these are real athletics, not idols played sports for fun back then
I feel like Amber isn't even trying for China at all... She would have on more power with SM if her popularity in China improved
I really love Vic, that's why I pass by...
And then I saw the hating messages on Henry

Speechless

Just a question, do you really think that Henry is relying on Vic?
I mean it's clear that he's trying his best in China, but I don't think he or SM means to stick Vic and him together.
To clarify, I don't hate Henry, nor I'm a fan. I actually supported his solo and admired his talent before some of his actions in variety shows started bugging me.
I said it before it's just my selfish wish as I don't want Vic's hard work to be ruined by anything.
Vic has build her career in China BY HERSELF
She has never relied or stuck with anyone either.
I'm sure Henry can too since he is quite popular and have plenty of fans... It's just weird that he keeps appearing along side with Vic... Do you really think it's coincident? LOL
Let me be straight forward and ask you this. How many times have you seen Lay and Vic are in a same show when they are in the same agency and promote nonstop in China the last few years? Exactly! Coincidences don't happen that often. It simply because they don't need each other 's help.
Don't forget all the big stars came to Vic's previous variety show because they had something to promote. What was Henry promoting in China? Or maybe I'm just not up to dated?
Anyway, I could be wrong, but it's just my selfish wish as her fan. I don't hate anyone but I just simply want to protect my bias and her hard works. I'm sure you want to protect Henry and his career too so you should understand where I am coming from. If Henry never had bad record I wouldn't bother either.

I don't think it's a package deal because I think Victoria's studio/manger is the one who handles all her Chinese activities. But! But, if it is a package deal I wouldn't like that either. I really hate SM and their package deals. I don't think his actions and words will cause her trouble. People have to remember that they might be from the same company but they are grown adults. You cannot control your own child when they are older let alone control someone else's child.
SM is still her main agency and they can always put their artists in her projects...
But the final decisions is, of course, up to her/ her studio
Just like Lay did a movie with Krystal but declined the drama deal because it's no good.
But they still have the influence... and if Vic doesn't think it's a big deal, she would have no issue either.
Otherwise, I don't see why he keep appear along with Vic and not someone else?
What I meant is he could say something stupid and affect others who were there with him, Vic included. It's just safer to not appear together too often. Vic is working hard to make her name on C- variety shows and I don't want it to get ruined for any stupid reasons.
Or if she had to help someone in SM, instead of Henry, I'd welcome Amber much more.

^ Running with her tongue sticking out like a cute puppy!

Show Champion isn't a bad show. It gives us some adorable QianQian pictures, but I realized she isn't super athletic. She's competitive and she tries super hard in everything she does; giving it her all, but she isn't cut out for some sports. LOL. I can't wait to see how she does in archery, considering she has done it during K-Pop Star Olympics show in Korea. Also I want to see her do some fencing!
Hmmm...not sure how I feel about this either. The special effects in Ice Fantasy were okay. I've seen way better effects in other dramas. We'll see how it goes.
I wonder if the drama cast will go on any variety shows to promote the drama.
I don't think anyone expected her to be super athletic. She is a dancer/idol after all. Her moves are all about grace instead of strength as well...
I'm a bit upset about the CG... Reading the story they will need a lot of CG but ugh... this isn't good
And the drama doesn't get a lot of promotion either... maybe due to the conflict bw the story and history... the drama has been kept down since filming... now it has very little promotion compared to the stars it has...
Oh well, let's see

I don't know Chinese, but from what I gather he seems rather dumb at times. Like no common sense? But he does have some fans considering how popular SJ use to be at their peak, and SJ-M promoted in China. People tend to like him because they find him cute and talented in instrumental music, but his personality he shows on variety shows can be off putting at times.
That's what I heard too. And I might be selfish but that's why I don't like how SM keep pushing him packaged with Vic's variety shows. His actions or words might accidentally cause her troubles ...

lol I've noticed Henry is on many variety shows with Vic too. He is pretty popular in China so he does get offers but mostly on variety. Sadly I don't think Amber is interested in China unlike Henry. The last time Amber updated her weibo was nearly a year ago while Henry is always communicating with his Chinese fans over there.
Do you really think Henry is popular in China?
Certainly, SM is pushing him in China because besides Vic and Lay, they had no other big source of income and there are only a few can promote in China right now... They clearly tried to package him with Vic in her variety shows.
But based on what I know, he isn't that welcome there or being liked in variety shows either... Like people think he is rude or something...
That's what my friend said... I'm not sure either
For Amber, I think it's both. She isn't that interested nor she has big fanbase there. Her chinese isn't helping either...
-
Only Vic and Luna always informs us fans about their activities (once upon a time Amber too
) Why Krystal is so secretive about her life
sometimes I wonder if she would be a normal girl may be she might be open and dorky. Her antis and critics has mold her personality differently
But Krystal is introvert and hates attention... She is usually shy and wants her private life to be private.
We should just be thankful she loves what she does and updates once in a while...
Vic were pretty much the same if she were in Korea though... but since she is super busy in China so we have her schedules more...
Who says she can't sing??? I am not good to distinguish between Vic and Krystal voices even I got confused between Luna and Krystal voices. May be I dont understand Korean and have no idea what they are saying but both Krystal and Vic have soothing voices. So yeah she is good singer if not the best. Its not easy to learn new language and then excel in it, so I guess she will be more confident in her Chinese album.
A lot people 's 1st reaction for her solo was "who is going to sing?" since they have had no impression of Vic's singing while promoting with f(x)
I even see some mocking said Luna finally has a job- to record it behind the curtain for her...
It's not surprised at all... when most f(x) fans don't even know Vic's voice and how she sings... How can we expect casual and none fans to know? We only have SM to blame...

Wow, how long ago was Vic's solo announced? I'm kinda worried, I hope her vocals have improved. And that there's a korean version just personally because Mandarin isn't pleasant to my
eyes not eyes dumbass gummyEARS, sorry. What makes you think her family was controlling?
I feel like majority of f(x) fans don't care nor keep up with Vic. All we know is Vic's 2 lines in f(x) songs.
SM didn't let her sing, doesn't mean she can't sing...
Vic actually sang more in the last 2 years in China than all she has ever sing in her entire f(x) discography when she was in Korea.
She isn't Luna but her voice is light and soothing.
Here are her other OST and songs
Honestly she sounds much more stable, controlled and definitely more confident in recent lives.
I had been wondering why she wasn't taking any drama after finishing her movie...
But now it makes sense, she was quietly preparing her album...

I get you're frustrated, but... your comment...
I've highlighted the red ones that I feel rather exaggerating. Like, chill, please. Some of those people were just expressing their concerns. And some of us here also expressed theirs regarding the four of them appearing as a complete group.
Prioritizing her own career is a choice, but when it interrupts the group schedules, I find it rather troubling. And like I said earlier, I'm not putting all the blame on her. It's the people who work with her who make the schedules that I find rather messy. I know it seems a bit too much for me to say that, but I also have the right to express my opinion because, again as I said, I'm concerned.
Yes, she has dedicated some of her years as Kpop idol, and I get that now she's focusing on her own career for the future. But my point was, didn't they some sort of make adjustments regarding her schedules so that she doesn't have to miss out in some events?
I know your comments are not entirely directed at me, and more towards those at the Twitter. But sorry, I find some of your comments rather too much, that's all. You don't have to agree with me, though. I'm just a nobody. And I just don't want this thread to "go there" right now.
Exaggerating? lol Honey, I didn't ask you to chill why should you?
I have reasons to be mad whether you agree or not. Some fans don't give a sh*t about her nor know or care what she is doing. All they know and need is she get her a** back to the group because it's her responsibility and she should be loyal with her "children" forever. How dare she put her career first? How dare her try to build career on her own and not singing 2 line in f(x) song and be their backup dancer forever?
And those fans call themselves meu. Vic and Krystal are my biases but I never blame or bash other members. I always buy their albums and do what I can for other girls. And I don't have the right to be upset when some supposed meu acting ungraceful and rude?
Like I said being in f(x) is a burden for Vic no matter how you put it, unlike other members who can benefit from their f(x) brand. And I love all members and want f(x) to remain as long as they can.
But I can't really blame her studio people either because like I said it's the system in China that actors and actresses are working nonstop to remain their relevancy and popularity. Should they let a good project pass by and let her just sit there and wait like SM has been doing with her- for years. Not to mention Vic is super later for the game... Her acting isn't that good yet nor she has a lot of projects in her resume. It's normal for Chinese actors/actresses that do 4-5 projects each year... Most of the A-list actresses in China has been in the business for 10 years plus and each year has average 3-5 projects. How far do you think Vic is behind if she wants to make it up there?
The difference between her and other's members schedules is SM doesn't have the power in her china schedule like they do with other members in Korea... And Vic's project production can't just wait for her because so much money and other people involved... So they have to really arrange well to make it work. So it's ok to be late a bit. SNSD don't have comeback every year but do they bash their leader or member that busy with individual work? Maybe that's why they last longer and we might not?
Last time they delayed f(x) comeback and result Vic has to leave during filming and work non stop. Did she say no or complain? NO she did all she can.
People make it like Vic control SM on f(x) schedule when she doesn't . Last comeback is an example. She would try to make it work if her body can't handle it.
And even I love and wish to see f(x) together... There isn't hard to explain why she did what she did. I mean why should she fly back to Korea everytime when she has 2 lines in the song and with a backup dancer they would do fine without her while she has many important events that need her in China? Use your head and think a little, can you? Your group's attendance isn't everything she has in life and it's not the most convenience thing either. I'm sure she would join if she were in Korea but she wasn't. It'd take her at least 1 day or 2 for 3-minutes performance and sing 2 lines while she could use that time for 2 events or her variety show filming in China. Think first before you whining why she isn't there for the schedule.
TBH, Vic is very loyal and responsible to remain with the group when she has no benefit and it's all burden for her own career. If I were in her shoes I'd not do the same. I will put myself first. Because no matter how hard she works and does her best people can still her fault.

I saw something on twitter and it makes me mad.
What's wrong with Vic prioritized her own career now that she is 30 and already gave her youth to f(x) and us ? Where were you when she didn't miss any group schedule in the earlier years when the other members couldn't make it? She has paid her due but how many people remember those days? Not to mention she only has like 2 lines and barely any screentime in the MV when they promote together... There was barely chant for her when they promoted in music shows....
I love the group but sometimes people are too selfish...
Tbh Vic doesn't need to be in the group any more out of anyone in f(x) at the moment. Meanwhile, she is not even young to compete with many younger and much more experienced actresses in China... She should run with time and work as much as she can because she is super late in the acting game. And Vic is working nonstop because that's how they work in China... Her schedule is actually not as bad if you compared to some chinese actress that had 8 projects last year. It's not her own choice but her and her studio have to run with they system in China if they want make it there. But most of you don't even know that since you don't care about her career or how it works in China for her. All you care is the group of your bias and how Vic should do everything she can to serve her purpose in the group.
As Vic's bias, while a part of me wan them to be forever I always know she is better off leaving the group and completely focus in China. And many expected her to leave since she will gain nothing from the group and it's only a burden of her own career, not to mention her age. But she stays and tries to make it somehow even when SM screwed her schedule last comeback.
Instead of appreciating her I only see people is blaming her here and there when things aren't going their ways. Should she just quit the group? Will it make you guys all happier? Why can't she focus on her own career when it's pretty much all other members are doing? They all are doing what they like and want- which is part of the renewed contract- I suppose and will get together once a year or so to make music together like they have been doing. The difference is they mainly do music, variety show, acting etc... in Korea when she is mainly in China. They can work on other schedule even when they promoting with the group like Luna was doing her musical during the comeback but Vic can't.
It's not even in her control when f(x) will come back either... If SM really wants f(x) to come back she would make it work like how she did last time... even she was working nonstop... and was sick. f(x) normally only come back once a year but now it's late a bit it's Vic's fault for not prioritized her group, right?
We love whining so much and blaming on the members. Maybe we deserve what we got after all. No we don't even deserve them. These girls still work hard and try everything to please their fans... But we only know how to whine and blaming on this and that person instead look at the issue and understand where they coming from. I'm tired of this fandom.
Sometimes seeing people blaming her, I just wish she can just quit to focus in China wholeheartedly so those people would appreciate what they have lost. Reality is some member might not do well as other member if they lost their f(x) brand right now. As a leader I understand why she think it's her responsipility to remain the group... so instead of crying and whining at least be graceful they are still together. Many other girl groups disbanded because members wanted to pursue their own careers like Kara, 2NE1, 4Minute, WG but Vic is still with the group.... Yet's it's all her fault, right?
Just UGH.

I'm so gonna love this one~ It's how it is. Romance gossip get the most interest, everywhere and not just in Korea. That's why a lot people have PR relationship in Hollywood to promote... their names.
