hmmm what i meant was for me it seems like they already had a decision on this (when the scandal broke out) & just dragged it cos Onew's scandal is a hot topic. "Will he or not join the cast...find out in the next article. Stay tuned!!!" all im saying is that it's not like AOY was a huge hit like DOTS, & AOY2 barely got any ballyhoo...now everyone's talking about it acting like this cable drama franchise, which did scarcely 'good' is the most important thing to happen in dramaland this year.

just an advice. let's not add more drama to the drama. it's a clip. his pictures are still there. in shilla's jp & en accounts everything is still there. if it is what you think it is, then they shouldve taken down every pic that he's in. maybe it's for censorship/protocol since the case is still on going. or a stunt. now all of you are checking out their page.

Yo. I had a talk w/ the subber & told me that she replayed it to make sure that what she heard was right. That the girl wanted the police to leave :/ the reason why there's so many question marks in the subs is because she's also confused as to why the victim would say that. :/

cos in s.kor law even if both parties agreed that it was a misunderstanding & the victim already dropped the suit the fact that they reported it in the first place is already enough evidence for the first claim to be true, that the harassment took place.Take it as the government finding justice type of thing.

-last- this is from the naver article that cosmicsticks translated (on the same SBS report) Police: "The woman wanted punishment so we brought Onew to the police station" Now that doesnt connect with the girl wanting the police to leave when they arrived at the club, no? asdgfhjajsh so what's the real story? :/

? I thought his friends apologized on his behalf when they were still at the club? The only mention on Onew apologizing was when he was already at the police station "IF he really did harass her then he's sorry"

that happens a lot tho.."mediation". This is an encouraged method so the parties involved dont need to hassle themselves & file a case, appear in court etc. That's why SM was involved

im not too worried on how this will affect the group since they're already on their 9th year w/ a solid japanese & korean fandom :/ im more concerned abt Onew's well being, how he's handling this whole situation. also, why is everyone so sush about the girl being ALSO drunk af that she couldnt even remember who touched her or how many times she was touched :/ why dont we all give them the benefit of the doubt :/
