  2. This Ahjumma fangirl just fell in love with this kiddo over the weekend. Actually I already like him before. I listen to exo song but don't really have enough time to be a multi-fandom fangirl. Anyway, I just love him. I LOVE SUHO. I can't stop thinking about him after watching Rich Man Poor Woman. Hope he'll get more dramas soon.

K-DRAMA REACTION: ARE YOU HUMAN, TOO? | FINALE

What can I say? It’s not the ending we imagined. It made us even more curious, but I was surprisingly happy with it! I know the drama’s finale only left more things unanswered but I don’t want to dwell on it really because of the roller coaster ride I just had while watching the last two episodes. I was teary-eyed all throughout, while tossing between the miserable and cute. So if you haven’t watched it yet, this isn’t the place for you because I won’t have second thoughts in bombarding this reaction post with spoilers. What can I say? It’s not the ending we imagined. 4. Maknae’s Episode Verdict

    img_5680.jpg?w=840

This is what the story premise has vowed to give – power struggle in a big hospital. It may sound a bit drab when put that way but this series’ strength is making such dull thing seem intriguing. Throughout the episode, it felt like watching a Sageuk filled with manipulating ministers and an evil king. Surprisingly, it wasn’t heavily carried by the main characters alone. Each character makes a difference in the series. The stand-out for me in this episode is Chief Oh and Seung-hyo’s Secretary, who openly voiced her opinion to the medical error fiasco. I think she keeps Seung-hyo grounded. She also provided some cheerful moments for us, the audience, to laugh at.

I’m placing a sacrifice to dramagods that the series’ plot won’t be stretch too much and the writers introduced some plot twist along the way.

  5. "My favorite scene in this finale was Jin-a’s conversation with Bo-ra about moving on. Oftentimes, people in a relationship find it hard to leave a relationship because they already established the idea of spending a lifetime with their loved one. The thought of being incomplete when someone leaves you behind is the same misconception that binds us with our past. You WILL live even without the person you loved the most. It’s hard and sometimes, nobody could ever fill that void in your heart. But as Jin-a explained it, maybe their fate was only up to some point. And when they reached that point, their fate ended."

  6. Too many dramas, too little time. I know you've got the same dilemma especially when all of them seem to be promising in their own rights. Without further ado, here are your newest drama offerings.

    Rich Man, Poor Woman
    Network: MBN
    Genre: Romantic Comedy
No. of Episodes: 16 episodes (60 mins)

To be honest, this Korean adaptation of the popular Japanese drama of the same title has got the most little interest from me. I was actually reluctant to watch it but because I had to give a review, I managed to do it! But good thing I did because for some strange reason, I did like it. This drama is about 'rich man' Next In CEO Lee Yoo-chan (EXO's Suho) and 'poor woman' Kim Bo-ra (Ha Yeon-soo) who dreams of landing a job who then meet each other (then obviously fall in love).

I dreaded the first few minutes seeing familiar tropes I've seen countless times in my history of drama-watching. We're introduced to the haughty Yoo-chan who at the age of 29 has his own successful IT company and the hardworking-but-has-no-luck lad Bo-ra. But then as the drama progressed, it actually grew on me and found myself smiling as I watched it, thanks to the cast's commendable acting. I do love Ha Yeon-soo's natural acting that I couldn't help but sympathize with her circumstances. I was also awed by Suho, who despite having minimal acting credentials, excellently gave life to the boss who just loves grandstanding whenever he gets the opportunity to do so. I also appreciate that there's no workplace politics [as of this writing] creeping in the background and that our potential rival Min Tae-joo (Oh Chang-suk) is actually nicer than our main lead.

Verdict: The story is conventional but acting is praiseworthy. And the mystery around who Kim Bong-hoon is and her connection to Yoo-chan and Bo-ra was actually an effective cliffhanger that I'm itching to check out the next episode. Also, do you know how can a score a job at Next In?

    K-DRAMA REACTION: MOTHER | FINALE

After a long journey of sacrifices, forgiveness, and healing, we’ve finally reached the end. The road was surely not easy but it taught us a lot of lessons about life, motherhood, and unconditional love.

Soo-jin (Lee Bo-young)’s bid to adopt Yoon Bok (Heo Yool) was proven not easy. Just because her probation period was over doesn’t mean her criminal record has been erased. And with the home group mom bent on giving Yoon Bok what she deemed a better future for her, Soo-jin had a difficult time proving she’s fit to become her mother. Honestly, I almost lost hope that Soo-jin would be able to adopt Yoon Bok because the home group mother wouldn’t concede to her. But just like any mother who couldn’t take to see their child wallowing in sadness and becoming sick, she finally decided that it’s best to give her to Soo-jin whom she sees as her true mother. The scene where Yoon Bok finally called her home group mother “mom†after she entrusted her to Soo-jin showed that she wasn’t ungrateful to her. It’s just that she just wanted to be sure, she’ll get reunited with her Soo-jin. Isn’t she clever?

I believe Mother was able to provide us the best ending there could be. Each minute of the last episode was spent wisely to give us the most satisfying resolution not only around Soo-jin and Yoon Bok’s story but as well as to those of the supporting characters. I was very happy to see Yi-jin (Jeon Hye-jin)’s character change: from being the selfish daughter to becoming the owner of a love house for kids without parents. Cha Young-shin (Lee Hye-young)’s legacy did live on.

  8. Idk how to react tbh. Golden child? Gncd? Lol. But well idk. Universe is a lot better. I kinda hope they has Korean name tho so I can call them with other name but well lol i just want to laugh.

Anyway since we know it will might be 11 members, let's officially say goodbye to Minjoong and ma cutie Boseung. Will miss them (kinda sad for Minjoong).

There's no Korean name warstarplz.png I've checked this article and they just used the hangul version of Golden Child unimpressed.png

but I'm looking forward to their debut no matter what datassplz.png . I'll get over with this just like in Lovelyz
