I won't ever leave the fandom and I'm always in post, but I just rarely have time to put my words down here as I'm working almost every day, studying, and being with friends/Bf's if I have any chances. I need to earn this money to support Hyunseung's comeback

rope him into group he doesn't want to be in, as his contract doesn't mention group by name (if it did, he would of seen "Beast". Contracts cannot be "open meaning" as it also gives the artist room to back out.)

As for the whole renewal thing, like u said everything is in the air still so I'm not going to 100% sure TM is back or anything. Thou, my guess at this point is maybe he did renewed and Cube doesn't want to release a single news about it cause 1. TM will make a surprise appearance at MAMA. 2. TM will make a surprise comeback soon so they want to hype it up when its near it. If he did renewed and TM is coming back forsure, I fear for the 2Hyuns in general. Hyunseung gets hate no matter what he does like u said, Hyuna just went thru a rough stage after disbandment too being called traitor, snake, etc, now if TM is announced as official, they might be portrayed (from OT5 beauties and OT4nias mostly) that they betrayed their groups for TM and will try to sabotage both 2Hyuns name more. Other than that, TM is no doubt iconic nationwide, whether u like it or not. They are seriously not replaceable which is why no other companies have even tried/or been successful at trying to produce another TM(including stupid Cube with TM2 crap)

 

Regardless, i dont really care if he stays or leaves, I just want to know what's going on.

As far as anyone knows, Hyunseung hasn't signed anything. We're not even sure if he's in Korea or gone to America like he wanted to do. We may not know until one 1. TM makes is CB news and it's a huge 'surprise' deal, or 2. It turns into a case like G.Na who left Cube in Nov, but no one found out until Feb. The problem for Ot5s and OT4s is Trouble Maker has a huge fandom just on it's own. If TM had a yearly comeback like normal groups, they'd have a massive fandom that could compete with Beauties, and completely shadow 4Nias. TM brought something to the game that no one has, while having a storyline act that few can pull off (most have themes anymore but remember who TM tied into Now and each MaMa had a story that tied them all together in some way). Not to mention TM pulls other fandoms into the mix like Leggo's, since EXID's LE helped write Now. There will always be haters on netizen or pann, but honestly they'll never be able to get rid of TM's hype. If anything, their hate will bring more attention. That's just how Hyunseung rolls, he'll just like photos on IG of the hater's hating, reply to them with a middle finger emoji, and tell Hyuna not to give a flying fuck about them (since I know Hyuna's sensitive).

Right now it is super in the air what is up with Hyunseung's contract. The only news we have is nothing is in writing. Even with Beast, they're not officially left due to the trademark issues (I told ya'll. They're lucky Cube's didn't trademark the whole 9 yards so that they can even be on stage as 5) and Hyunseung's prob weighing out his options and usually the harder you play to get, the better the offer gets. Cube needs every comeback they can get, and Trouble Maker as a real group and not a sub-unit would be profitable. It's easier to pay for 2 people than it is 5 or 6. Plus they need someone to help BTOB carry CLC and Pentagon on their back and all Cube has now is Trouble Maker. There has always been haters against Hyunseung, and 'losing' the 4Nia's ain't gunna hurt because the ones who won't support was OT4's anyways, they never supported Trouble Maker. Plus TM has more international weight (and Korean public) than really any current Cube group, as "Trouble Maker' is iconic, even if it's just the whistle you remember, it's still more than the others. So Hyunseung (And Hyuna) have leverage, and this might of been the plan from the moment Hyuna's new contract was in talk, was to milk the best deal they can get. I hate Cube, and I want the best for Hyunseung, but if he can milk his best deal out of Cube, than I'm all for it.

I heard that Hyuna said that she is not done with Trouble Maker

and she wants to continue working on it with Hyunseung.

And as far as i know he is still with Cube but as a solo artist,

that's why he is performing in "Hit the stage", cause he is still with Cube.

 

So no, he did not leave Cube, and I think he is doing great as a solo artist.

The only comments I've heard so far is she would 'like to make a comeback as TroubleMaker', which doesn't mean Hyunseung 100%, as he can be replaced. He is still with Cube finishing his contract that ends Oct 16th. He is currently not on Cube's roster of artist, and MNet scouted Hyunseung, so Cube really didn't do much, if anything, for that. 

That and hit the stage is legit the only thing he's done as a solo artist, we haven't heard him sing on anything besides his IG, and Stupid cube couldn't even be bothered to tweet or promote about him being on HTS. They didn't even know he was going to be doing more than one episode.

Sorry I haven't been posting often, I've been so busy with work, but now I  have some days off so I'll be able to update more often.

Please don't forget to write your letters for Hyunseung (due on the 30th of this month) and send me the picture of them on DM if ya'll aren't on Twitter, we really need so much support.

although I'm not entirely happy, because I want to see Jang HyunSeung succeed; I think that will not leave Cube. he will be representing Cube in the campaign to help poor children. Although I can be wrong, but until I read the news; I was almost sure he could leave Cube, I'm not so sure.

He just has to enter I believe at 30 latest? I'm not sure with military service, at this point in time, it's up to him when he goes as long as he's enlisted by a certain age. G-Dragon is a year older than him and still hasn't entered.

nope, it's close to his contract ending, so I doubt he'll have any work within the last 30 days of it.

I saw the dedication of Honeys (from all over the continent) for Hyunseung and I'm amazed and envious tbh! My goodness, those support gifts and all... That's really a lot... And I think some of those jewellery birthday gifts ain't cheap...   Good for him for having such loyal fans...

 

I hope to see the same kind of support for Hyuna... Yeah, I hope for the continuous love of Chinese fans for Hyuna... Can she make a name for herself there like T-ara did? LOL...

Seriously his gifts and all those attention were no joke. I hope so too for Hyuna to become stronger after this asia tour.

We basically took over a subway, got a bus banners, a ton of expensive gifts, 2 cakes I think, a lot of fan-made gifts, and a ton of cafes in Seoul having his birthday message video played there. Instagram advertisement of his B-day, youtube advertisement, and a chinese site adverisement, not to mention clean water donations, planting tree's, sponsoring a dog. We basically went all out to make his birthday special to counter all the hate he gets.

I hope its ok to post more updates on Hyuna... It's impossible to post so much in one post...

And I don't think there is a limit on how many posts you use as long as it's updates and you're not wasting space, though it can be to the digression of the OP. In HS's thread I don't care too much about posting in a row as long as it's not spamming/bad intent.

 

I have no idea what my favourite title track is. I think it's between 'Huh!', 'Volume Up' and 'Crazy'. 'Huh' is just such a great song and 'Crazy' really made people pay attention to the group after the Brave Brothers era. I think I would have to agree with the majority and say that 'Volume Up' is my favourite. It was the first 4minute song I listened to and for as long as I live, I will never understand how the song didn't grow blow up more.

Despite having lots of amazing songs, their are some songs that we wish had been promoted. That song that was you wish had been promoted more. What were they are why?

i know that's what you think I think but that's not true. There's much more to that but I kept quiet to spare feelings, etc. As I said, it was an uninspired concept, boring and tacky. I do not like the song Trouble Maker, the song NOW was pretty good. I do not like Hyunseung's voice, never have even when I was a BEAST fan. I don't know him personally nor do I want to to be able to say I hate him. I do not like BEAST. I do not think the group had great chemistry, in fact they were awkward to watch. I do not like the fact it was just another entity to take away from 4minute who deserved the most. I do not like it's fandom for their desperate shipping theories and fanfiction come to life. I do not like Cube for promising more subunits thereafter and delivering only on one who did not get the same treatment with a top 10 hit. I do not like Troublemaker for many reasons, so please don't pigeon hole me.

So basically you hate them just because it was another thing to take away from 4Minute even though we already made it clear the 2013 never took away from 4minute, and 2011 They came back during Dec & January, which is quiet. Even February is quiet and always sucks when 4Minute released then because by the end of the year, they was forgotten, but Dec it's too late for any year awards.  And you have some pretty harsh things to say about Hyunseung, and to get banned because of him, yeah, I don't expect you to like anything about him or anything he's apart of. I don't like shipping either, I think it's wrong for any fandom, but it's apart of every group, and the 2Hyun boat was hot and heave because of the chemistry of 'Now'. To go into tacky, there was some 4Minute songs where the MV was tacky, but you can't blame the group because that was the era they was in (I'm sorry but 2009 was a tacky MV and outfit year for just about everyone) 2011 wasn't a great fashion year either, but I do think the outfits was better than most groups of that year. 2013, it was on fleek. But truthfully reading your answers, there's defiantly more of a 'I don't like them for everything execpt actually them' feel cuz it looks like a lot of personal stuff stopping you actually liking them. to judge them on ships when not everyone is like that, just shows that. But I get it, you're not going to hear a single nice thing from my mouth about HS's former group anymore, purely because I dislike them now (one member I actually hate).

Yea after heart to heart and whats your name became a hit, they shouldve kept it up with the momentum, which I agree but im saying they can do that while keeping TM as well, just plan it out right and doing 2 in the same year wouldnt be hard. It was just Cube was being stupid as always cause look at Crazy, it was a hit yet they never followed up on that and TM was never even mentioned as well even thou it was supposed to be their every 2 yrs promise thing. Meanwhile during the years TM was never even active and 4min was still trendy, they focused on their rookies

Adria is prob just staying away from this thread. I don't think they can ban you from one artist thread and not the others. Prob a smart move on her end, she mostly got into trouble when on here.

I'm currently looking for 2 to 3 people to put on a 'staff' list for this thread,

due to me now having work, I won't be able to keep this thread updated daily, as well as having the time to update the first page of this thread. So what I'm looking for is:

1. Someone who can be online on certain days. I'm going to have 2 to 3 people rotating mentoring the thread and helping me with typing up new posts, ideas and brainstorming, keeping an eye on any ongoing projects, as well as making sure this thread stays active

Where do you guys think 4minute wouldve been now if Cube never debuted anybody else and just focus on Beast, 4minute and Trouble Maker?

If they had focused solely on 4minute and Beast and done it equally, there would have been no need for Trouble Maker. I wouldn't have ever debuted them. 

Looking at how iconic Trouble Maker was, and still is unrepeatable, debuting TM was one of the few good choices Cube's ever made

You're entitled to that opinion. I disagree. I find it uninspired, tacky and boring. And the two spots they chose to comeback in should have been for 4minute's comeback. They had a smash hit with Heart to Heart and Mirror Mirror did well too, it should have had a followup in the fall but Troublemaker came. What's Your Name blew up, special single Is It Poppin performed well. There should have been a follow up in the fall but instead there was Now. 

 

I don't like the group, never understood why anyone did and I'm entitled to that opinion.

Tbh I don't think you like the group only because 1. It took away from 4Minute (though both years, 4Minute had their better end of promos) and you can't even be upset in 2013, because Hyuna has a solo every year and TM replaced her solo for 2013. If TM didn't come back, it would of been a Hyuna comeback. and 2. You hate Hyunseung so ofc you hate TM lol.
