I'm from the US. I was looking on yesasia and it said "this item is eligible for free international shipping" then I clicked on that because it sounded too good to be true, and it said "free international shipping is available for orders US$39 or more".

Oh I see now, the Red Summer preorder is $39. Well, I won't have that kind of money until my next paycheck but when I get it that's the first thing I'm buying I guess.
