Hi guys, I usually lurk here but I feel like I need to share my thoughts about SNSD's recent chart performance and what I've learnt after so many years of being a fan. I used to be obsessed with their chart performances too, easily becoming too worried when they don't hit the roof/stay at #1 for god knows how many days/their performance just not 'living up to the expectations' of a NGG. However, after so many years, I have come to realise that chart performances are only a small part of SNSD's career. Their digital sales have declined since The Boys, but there is so much more to each comeback than just digital performance. Their album sales are still amazing, concert ticket sales are still superb and they are still raking in money through CFs and television appearances. Sure, it sucks to see haters joining the bandwagon and spreading the hate on Soshi because of their 'flop' comeback, but don't take it to heart about what this small group of non-essential people say. As SONES, we should support the girls and only wish one thing for them - their happiness. I know we would want them to do well on charts as a sign of our support from them, but as I have mentioned, digital charts are only a small part of success. Rather, I take comfort in the fact that the girls really seem to be enjoying themselves in this comeback and after all the drama that has been going on since 9/30, I am more than content that they are having fun promoting. Hi everyone! I'm a 20 yo male with like mild oily skin (y'know, oily but not extremely oily) and I'm looking for recommendations on some Korean brand products, specifically moisturizers, cleansers and toners. Any good brands to look out for? Most Korean brands have a lot of different lines of products (eg, Skinfood) and I'm interested in trying them out! Specific problems I'm looking at are just for oil control and pore tightening.. Thanks a bunch I'm using the Innisfree Super Volcanic Clay Mask around 1~2 times a week depending on how lousy I am and it's pretty good actually. It does help in oil control and your skin feels really fresh after washing it off but it does nothing much to help with the blackheads actually ):
