i checked and the difference i saw is that: 09/18 released is named Love Yourself 承‘Her’ which is in the Daily CD Album Ranking while 09/22 released is named Love Yourself 承‘Her’:5Th Mini Album(Random Version) which is in the Weekly Foreign Album Ranking i'm not sure of the significance, but that's the only thing i could see
