They are known to be music buddies, so I'll just take it as a yes lol......OMG apparently he also said during the same interview that he doesn't care about educational backround, his ideal girl just has to enjoy what she is doing now (well everyone knows that IU decided not to go to university and to make music instead), and finally when they asked him about the age gap between him and his ideal girl...guess what he said.....3/4 years is fine (yonghwa was born in 1989 and IU in 1993)..........OMG OMG he is definitely talking about IU HAHA.

I've started shipping them since gayo daejun and let me thank you for creating this thread even if I always end up smiling like an idiot whenever I read the comments. I've been a silent lurker since the beginning and I don't know if it's just me being totally delulu but those 2 are so freaking suspicious. So yonghwa is close to 2 of my other male crushes aka verbal jint and zion.t and out of sudden zion.t started to like her pictures on Instagram and verbal jint posted one of them.....hmm as if I wasn't delulu enough now even his friends are suspicious.

I think she needs more practice but she is one of the best out there. In the beginning of ytblss I thought she was awkward but after few scenes her acting was better especially in the scenes where she cried with Goo do shim and when she yelled at Lee mi sook, her acting was on point. The reason I'm even more excited about " Producer" is because it'll be a new challenge for her. I can't wait to see how she will make her new character alive. I'm very greedy I know but IU should totally be casted to play a princess of the joseon era for her next drama. Or play in a musical where she'd be a medieval princess (I want to see her in a medieval costume so bad, blame the photoshoot she had for.....oops forgot the name of the magazine) I totally agree with you, her cover was amazing!!! Honestly, as a fan of musicals, "notre dame de Paris" is my favourite. I was so excited when I heard she was covering this song (but also nervous) just listen to Bruno Pelletier's amazing voice in the original version and you'll understand. This song is pretty hard to cover but she nailed it (a very proud uaena here). Underrated song? For me one of the most underrated song she has is definitely wisdom tooth (I don't understand how it didn't catch people's attention as much as it catched mine). It was hard to choose between wisdom tooth, child searching for a star, and one of my favourite wallpaper design.

All craziness aside, I really want this drama to do well. Oh btw I don't remember if I read that on this thread or somewhere else but apparently they want to release a drama a la "reply 1994" do you know what they mean by that? I honestly loved the reply series so it's even better for me but the storyline seem way too different or maybe I just didn't get that they said.

Hahaha We both sound so desperate for that kiss scene lol. Like two old old ladies who wish to live their dream of kissing him through IU if that makes sense (well I just want their lips to touch to see what it feels like ah wait no I mean to see what it looks like to see them together in a more intimate way). Haha I'm so excited whenever it comes to talk about IU x guys. I'd vote for Ysh, LHW, Ji chang wook, Kim jihoon (he chose her as his ideal type btw) and when it comes to rookies I'd say Kang Ha Neul or Nam Joohyuk. Just imagine if one of her other friends make an appearance...yes I'm talking about you Yonghwa hehhe. But my first option is still KSH, I still have hope for their kiss scene.

I love GHJ (she is actually my favourite actress in kdramaland ) but in all honesty I want IU and KSH to be a couple in this drama. I've always wanted to see him act alongside IU but I didn't think it'd happen anytime soon until today. So now that the chance to see them having a kiss scene (and pls a french kiss if I'm not asking for too much) is just there I won't let knetizens destroy my dreams. So I suggest to form a praying cirlce joining our hands together and pray for that kiss... I mean for that ship to happen.

Hello everybody !!!!! New member alert...To celebrate IU's casting in the new drama producer I had to make an account after years of lurking. How I became a fan? Should I introduce myself while talking about how I became a fan? (I'll just take it as a yes). Well I'm a French/Moroccan uaena and I've been a fan for about 5 years. Honestly the person I have to thank for that is.....Jokwon (yeah I know totally random ). Back then I used to be a fan of the Gain/jokwon combo during their wgm days and I still remember the episode featuring IU and Seulong where they had to release "we fell in love" part 2 aka "nagging." I think I was crazy at that time, I even used to be jealous of the success "nagging" was receiving hahaha. Now that I think about it I'm such a big traitor because now the only bias I have is IU (sorry jokwon "awkward smile"). Tbh I honestly liked IU/ Seulong version better but I didn't want to admit it so I just forgot about it and continued being craycray about the Jokwon/Gain couple UNTIL (that's the turning point) I watched dream high. The funny thing is that I didn't know while watching that she was the same girl who stole the spotlight from Jokwon and Gain back then . Oh gosh I really felt dumb when I realized lol. Well I fell in love with her voice after hearing dreaming and since then I'm still a uaena.
