it's not even comparable, man. It really isn't. The Way You Love Me is a song that would never be played on the radio because it's so explicit. It just wasn't appropriate. If I was a parent and I saw my underaged daughter singing that on national television, i would not be happy at all. And sex and underaged in the same sentence makes me fucking sick to my stomach, man. I didn't want to make this a big deal, but it's been building up in my mind over the past two days and the fact that people are so okay with this is grossing me out, tbh. I am not bashing the girls in any way, but the fact that no one thought it was wrong, not one production staff member or even jyp himself who speaks fucking english thought it was wrong, hurts me.

You're the one acting like a pressed fangirl, honey. The audience enjoyed the fun, energy filled performance more than the "dark concept", and it's not a surprise or a crime, tbph. It was honestly uncomfortable to watch a 16 year old and a 17 year old sing a song about sex and hump the floor. The girls of Minor A showed their talents, but they should have picked a popular, more relatable to the audience song. They just weren't thinking. Something more powerful and less sexy like Problem would have done them justice.

I think she was born in Korea. It's not really unusual for mixed children to identify with both sides of their heritage if they are raised in a household with both of their parents....

Like, don't tell me JYP doesn't have other girl trainees that are also talented enough to debut if he really wanted the younger one's to not be in this group. And the youngins have been doing too good to suddenly be eliminated for one thing. At least one of them is going to be in the group. And it'll probably be Somi considering her track record. Her and Natty have the most weeks in major and if the next episode is about variety skills as speculated, Somi will do well again.

thank you for saying this. I just roll my eyes when I see posts writing off some of the younger gals simply because of their age. I know i'll just come off as a biased fangirl when I stick up for Somi in that regard because I am so I usually just leave it alone. But thank you for spilling that truth tea. Sooooo many idols debuted literally right around Chaeryoung and Somi's age. There is nothing stopping them from genuinely having a chance to be in this group.

See, I like this kind of optimism and understanding. I've been seeing so many "I'm done with JYP if Momo is eliminated" and "burn JYP if Momo is eliminated" comments and I just can't with that type of negativity. Like, I'll admit, I might not stan this group if my favorite isn't in it, but I will still support the girls and the company. There is no need to be so utterly hateful about something like this. The main reason people want a bigger group is so that everyone is happy. So many people will leave if Momo leaves. I'll probably unstan instantly if Somi is not in this group, tbvh. If we have more members there's a less chance of people being unhappy with the final lineup.

Why are they being so mean towards minor b team. Their Problem performance really blew me out of the water, tbh, and this is coming from someone who does not like Minyoung. These K-netizens are talking about people being biased, and then they act super biased. Anyone can see that minor b won because their dancing was on point. It was also probably one of those ''you had to be there" things for the voters. The atmosphere and vibe during the performances probably influenced their choices. The numbers were pretty close anyway, it wasn't all that shocking. Since i'm Somi biased, i won't comment on the other battle.

I disagree. Did you see Minor B's dancing, though? The dancing. They came prepared and they killed it. It made Nayeon's team's performance look like child's play. I did not like the rapping bits other than Minyoung's, but the vocals were stable from everyone, big improvement from Tzuyu. And the song choice was superior as well.

It's funny. I see so many people talking about Natty being too young to debut, but no one wants to talk about the fact that a 17 y/o Jiwon and a 16 y/o Chaeyoung sang a song about sex. What are the real issues that need to be discussed. I mean, I don't mean to be prude, and the subject matter and concept does not undermine the talents of said girls in any way, but I was quite uncomfortable watching that performance to be perfectly honest. It was the only one I couldn't fully enjoy. I want Twice to be fun and bubbly and raunchiness like this with young girls isn't going to work for me. I know it was their decision to pic this song (supposedly), but still. But on another note, everyone was able to bring out their talents this episode. Honey, Minyoung slayed her rap. She sounded better than Chaeyoung and Dahyun to be perfectly honest.
