where do you buy kpop albums from? I'm trying to buy a gift for a friend in Brazil and ktown4u said Brazil isn't accepting mail from South Korea at this time... and Amazon is charging a bunch for import fees.. any ideas on where to shop? 

I'm not sure how it is in Korea, but in the US and UK, it's often the company that organizes PR relationships. Actors and musicians have talked about how their companies pressured them into it, or at least tried to. I imagine in Korea, since companies feel comfortable outright banning people from dating at all, they probably wouldn't have a problem coercing them into fake dating when it's convenient. 

didn't taehyun establish his company himself? i don't think there is a big company pressuring him into PR dating
