It's really sad. As a fan of her I miss the best phase of her and I'm sad that she aren't very active as it used to be when their conditions were good. I started getting interested in singing for her, I wanted to learn more about vocal techniques and why she was considered good singer. Now rarely see her performing and when this happens, she is never with a voice like before, when sounded cleaner and less tense. I just hope she can improve in some way, because with her instrument of work damaged will be difficult for to remain in the media for a long time and kpop can not lost one of the best vocalists recognized for their talent.   And even though she has a cyst, nodule or polyp, we will never know, because she's an idol and lives of image and she's still renowned for being the lead singer of Sistar and a great singer. If the public knows that she has a problem, she would receive a lot of criticism for not having care and people might even forget her was when she was good. And if her do some surgery this can change her voice and decrease their vocal ability, so that is why she hasn't had surgery, to not to affect the change in her voice. :cry:

About Hyorin...   I think she damaged herinstrument with bad habits like drinking too much. She said that after she debuted began to drink too much and Dasom revealed that she drinks 7 bottles of soju without difficulty. And in 2010-2012 she had a very hectic routine. She was almost every day on the radio promoting Sistar early in his career and made Destiny's Child, Beyonce, Mariah covers etc. 2011 ~ 2012 she was in Immortal Song and in her first presentation she had to go to the hospital because of the conditions of her thoat (she was trying to hit a F5 throaty). She used to sing in pre debut songs of Mariah and probably had no notions of correct techniques to use and decreased their potential, because as said by her before she could hit a G # 5 mixed. Not to mention that she never showed a head voice and falsetto was always airy, typical characteristic of people with problems with nodules, cyst and polyps. She always carried the Sistar vocally and was almost every day singing in variety programs to attract attention to the group, she always worked too.     Hyorin also always worked under pressure and criticism, she always tried her best and wanted to meet the expectations. In their presentations on Immortal Song she always had to learn choreography and dance while singing, rarely used playback in performances of the group. She also said that if he could change anything after the debut, would have done better performances because they woke up very early and his throat conditions were not always good because often was cold (and also because she doesn't warmed up her voice).     After I am a singer, she disappeared from the media as a singer, just returned with Shake it and with your voice in poor condition and she lost one of her cats while promoting with the group, which made her very depressed. She entered the Unpretty Rapstar probably because his instrument was damaged and wanted to have another form/way to stay in midia without being a singer, but was widely criticized.     In early 2016 soyou posted photo of Hyorin in otolaryngologist and Hyorin comented that the doctor scolded her, which leads us to believe that her instrument is damaged by their bad habits.     And if you sing songs out of reach with technical detrimental to your vocal cords, you will have problems as I had to sing songs out of range of a baritone. I always sang soprano songs that went to F5 often, used and abused falsetto above F5, I tryed to sing songs of Ariana and Mariah inhaled whistle and this in just 6 months has damaged my voice. My falsetto started getting airy and breathy (similar to Hyorin), that's when I watched the forum comments about head voice, resonance and support and I began to notice singers with good techniques and watch videos, now I avoid using falsetto (because my vocal conditions are not as before) and learned to use head voice chest voice, I have more knowledge of support and resonance, even having some difficulties in these parts.   My conclusion is that it due to many difficult moments, she began to consume so much alcohol to relieve their stress because of the tiring work, criticism, loss etc.   The kpop industry is not easy for those who don't fit into the standard of beauty and need to attract the audience with talent. Sorry for my bad English, I hope you all can understand me.

Thank you so much <3   The degradation of Hyorin could be for reasons such as nodules or glottal gaps (fendas vocais in portuguese)? Glottal gaps has the symptoms breathiness in the voice (the air is escaping through the gap and expiratory control is more difficult) and huskiness (the space between the vocal folds will cause an irregular vibration, which generates also a irregular sound,  because a voice quality needs to fully joined the vocal folds in vibration) His breathiness does not seem normal and when she was a trainee she sang Mariah songs, it could have damaged her vocal cords when she did not have much knowledge of her voice? And in Dream High she plays a singer who has nodules and seemed too much about her situation.

Pensava que a Soyou fosse pouco melhor que a Hyorin por causa do D3, achei muito bom pra uma cantora de kpop. Pensava que ela estava quase no mesmo nível da Uji porque acho o C#3 e o D3 delas muito bom rs No começo, quando eu descobri que podia alcançar whistle register, eu fazia bastante. Mas eu sentia que minha garganta começava a doer um pouco, aí eu parei por um tempo e agora só faço as vezes, mas tenho mais facilidade e controle que no começo, mas não consigo mais passar do A6 como antes e nem tento também, porque tenho medo de prejudicar demais minhas cordas vocais. Eu sou menino, tenho 18 anos. Antes eu mal conseguia um C3 ;.; Aí comecei a treinar mais meu registro grave e estou pouco melhor, mas ainda não consigo passar do Bb2(exceto os dois A2) e nem sustentar notas abaixo do C3 e meu C3 sai muito soproso as vezes :/ Isso é normal? E ainda não posso ir tão alto, só até um C#6. Mas acredito que seja falta de treino, antes eu só cantava em falsete, quando tinha 13 anos eu conseguia alcançar whistles normais, mas parei por um tempo e minha voz mudou e nunca mais consegui, então depois disso comecei a treinar voz de cabeça/falsete e deixando voz de peito de lado. C#2 wow O mais grave meu foi um A2 que consegui só duas vezes e nunca mais consegui ;.; Mas consigo um Bb2/B2, mas não consigo sustentar a nota.
