That the group manager job, kpop leaders rol are (most of the time) nothing but a name, like the Maknae rol. Unless you are the producer of the group or have some power the only thing the lider do is to make sure the group is in the same page and dont mess around, but that something all of them were trained for anyway

As a non native english speaker I like Itzy a lot, it it sounds like something youthful, full of vitality and very active and at the same time cute. I feel like it suits a focused dance group.
