They're not "giving back" the tickets. Those are simply unpaid tickets. During ticketing there's a bank deposit option, where u can pay for your ticket in 24-48hrs (depending on site). Some fans (and non fans) simply "purchase" seats, then when it's sold out they'll try to "sell" it for higher within the 24-48hr period, esp if it's a good seat. If no one buys, the seat will simply be available again.

They cant really release feedbacks on this tho, its not good to publicly say that the albums sales are from the fanmeet events/fansigns. This is the fans thing

What's the problem about that tho? Fanmeet sales are still sales, nonetheless? Some fansites get money for fansite albums from Group Orders (international, usually)...

 

Fantagio should still make a statement to shut their mouths tho. Or maybe they're working on one now. PR team, clean up this mess. 😑
