It's not just that gif though, it looks like that the entirety of PD48. Not sure if you watched it? But if you did/do you would see. I believe motion is a better way to judge over pictures. Photos can be manipulated and vary depending on many things.. angles, lighting, editing, etc... So I don't really consider most of them reliable (especially professionally taken and edited ones). I mean her nose doesn't even look the same to each other in each of your before images.. You also need to keep in mind the professional makeup that most likely includes nose contouring in your afters. Edit: Also her nose is still a very prominent feature on her face imo?
