Popping in yet again for King Kangmin who made his ideal type gender neutral again (but this time in a Japanese interview.) I don't know any Japanese, so I can't confirm anything for sure.

So ROMEO released their First Love album toward the end of August and someone uploaded scans recently, including the scan of Kangmin's ideal type.

And let me tell y'all, I have so much respect for this boy. Every other member wrote about a girl for his ideal type, and Kangmin wrote "A person who is cute and I can be comfortable with." He literally used the word 사람, which means person (genderless) in Korean.

 

I don't know which I love more--that he's confident in himself enough to be able to say this and in their album nevertheless or that his company is okay enough with it to let it be published. I would think that they would censor whatever he wanted to say for his image, but they let him say person and the other members say girl. (Although previously he said man, so I wonder if they did censor it to make it gender-neutral.)

As long as Korea doesn't destroy him eventually, I'm really thinking that he could be the first proud and out idol.

 

 

 

This is probably stretching it, but Kangmin is such a prime suspect for anything lgbt because he made that comment about liking guys, so I'm posting. Today on fancafe he uploaded a selfie and his hearts were in the color of the bi flag (btw this week is bi week, so I figured that would give some merit.)

I've been a fan for a while and I've never seen him use hearts like this--it seems like he only ever uses yellow hearts, which is what caught me off guard in the first place. It could be nothing or it could be real subtle homage, who knows (:

Mostly I come here because in the most recent Beagle Me Oh (a youtube series) they uploaded a video where Yunsung kissed Kangmin and the reaction was so weird??

They're whining about something and Yunsung kisses him, so Kangmin goes "EH" and it looks like he's going to hit him or something (Yunsung's eyes open wide) and then Kangmin just tickles his chin?? I don't know if that was a "We're recording so I can't hit you" sort of thing or what but it's so weird...Yunsung didn't expect Kangmin to complain.

Also they did a Periscope for Milo's birthday and Kyle just seems so lost. It uploaded to Youtube weird so just look toward the end, but Kyle's just sitting there holding onto Kangmin (Kangmin's literally on his lap comforting him) and as soon as he leaves (he comes back later) Kyle just starts rocking back and forth ;-;. Then Kangmin comes back and he finishes the broadcast on his lap. I don't think you could extract anything out of that except everyone loves Kangmin and he loves being held.

I know I just come on here to talk about Kangmin but...

Have any of you followed Kyle also from ROMEO? He's had more than his fair share of ~questionable~ moments.

I'm just going to recall a few that I remember and then what he's said in the last couple of days because I'm almost 100% certain that he likes guys.

 

So first off, in that same interview series where Kangmin said his ideal type was a guy, Kyle flustered Yunsung like crazy because he asked if guys were also acceptable as his ideal type and then if they could be more than just friends. (Btw Kyle and Yunsung are a really popular ship.)

Those are the old ones. After wrapping up Miro promotions, all of ROMEO have been spamming fancafe (they used to post only selfies and stuff, so it seems like they may have been given less constraint) and Kyle is flaming. A lot of the time in fancafe, it's Kyle, Yunsung and Seunghwan flirting, but Kyle has kicked it up.

 

Two days ago he wrote: I love you Park Jinyoung sunbaenim followed by a shirtless pic (also, without any context) The caption is something about temptation.

 

Then immediately after he wrote, "Let's get married." There was nothing in-between these, so I have to assume he was talking about JYP.

 

The next day (yesterday) Seunghwan flirted with Kyle by saying he looked really cute and made him post a selfie

 

Today, Kyle counteracted that and said Seunghwan was the world's most handsome (those two, I swear) and said "Onebin!
(Wonbin) After that, 2Bin is Seunghwan hyung" which isn't suspicious in itself, but it is within the sequence and also pretty funny.

 

What is really suspicious though, is that he posted this picture with the caption: Han Hyojoo sunbae jealous ã…  Lee Jongsuk sunbae's hug.

Han Hyojoo is the girl....he said he's jealous of the girl.

 

Also, off-topic but Kyle has really nice abs. (What confuses me is why Seunghwan had this pic, especially cause Kyle said it was really old hmmmmm)

 

Remember Kangmin from ROMEO who I wrote a long post about and really wanted to date Hyunkyung? Well he posted this on Twitter today! (The caption didn't have much context, it was just "Goodnight Juliets Maknae Chemi2 #Makneaeline")

 

And tbh I'm REALLY confused because they have bunks, so are they sharing one now??

I've been a fan since debut and I wouldn't be surprised if he is, but what makes it really hard to know is that he's shy and sticks to his image real hard. He's a classic innocent maknae and is always silent unless he's doing aegyo or something. Since the interview he's only referred to his ideal type as "a girl who can take care of me" and it makes me wonder if he went back into the closet or something...he wrote and said that he likes guys which is groundbreaking but also really dangerous for an idol in Korea (not to mention he's just 16) but his company published the interview as it was, which really makes me wonder if they thought it was a joke or if they had no problem with it...

Whatever his sexuality is, I really hope that he'll be comfortable with it in the future and that if he does like men, he can be safe & open about it

These are just some instances, but overall actions speak louder than words. If you watch Kangmin on videos, he always acts very effeminate -- he's always touching or holding someone and compliments his members all the time. In addition, his fancafe posts are often either him calling something cute or his members cute/handsome (which can be attributed to that he's the maknae, but he certainly knows how to sweet talk.)

Here are the receipts for the acc ROMEO started following. This was one of the cleaner pics, if you browse the acc I'm sure you'll find more lewd ones.

Only straight explanation is that this is the first acc that appears when you look up 마ì¼ë¡œ (Milo written in hangeul), but obviously one of the members had to have checked out the acc before they followed, even if it was by accident.

It was because Kangmin said that in a weird (passionless )) tone, like he didn't really mean it And Minsung was surprised that he wasn't helping with their 'no homo' excuse.

I don't know how to feel about Minsung tbh. He's never really pinged me...but I guess I've never really looked for it either?? The members exposed him in the same video for being the member who watches the most r-rated stuff (and lol he agreed with them), but I feel like they would have been less hesitant to expose him if they knew he might mention gay porn?

Alright guys I'm not trying to freak out but I literally saw the gayest thing ever on ROMEO's V-app so let me explain. Around 28:50 if you see on the left, Minsung and Kangmin literally kiss on the lips (you can hear the sound too) as if it's completely normal.

 

Then a few seconds later at 29:00 Minsung has a panic face after reading the comments because the comment noticed that they kissed on camera. And then he and Kangmin quickly say not to misunderstand and clarify that they both like girls.

 

Usually idols kissing is fine if there's context like a pepero game but this had almost NOTHING to do with anything and obviously Minsung didn't realize that they were caught. Gosh I'm so done with these two omg please watch it.
