BTW Mamamoo has 2 songs in the Melon top10 right now (I Miss You is on 10th place and it is it's 3rd week (or is it a month?) already?), and 4 are in the TOP50, and 7 in TOP100 - all of them are rising now that morning is starting in Korea (which is, as I read elsewhere, the busiest part of the day for charting) I'm not sure everyone (including myself) is actually getting it how impressive Mamamoo's performance is right now The digitals will probably be really impressive since 1cm, I Miss You and YBAE are charting so high at the same time.

If I understand correctly, If Mamamoo keeps this going for the next 17 hours, they have chance for a PAK??? They are still #1 real time on Melon... I think the most important time will be the ending of Sunday and beginning of Monday. That's the time where MMM can go for it (or earlier if they keep going strong as they are doing)...

Don't worry, actually you're right. The whole beat is heavily Dr.Dre style production influenced. Whoever made the beat, picked several composition ideas from different Dre songs and composed something new with the same samples. But these same samples Dre used in different beats he made for himself or Eminem are not his. Just to be clear, the samples and beat composition in The Real Slim Shady are not original Dr. Dre ideas and the same goes for the piano sample from Still DRE and so on (if you want I can list you the original sample sources). ---------------- Is it just me or the fans of other fandoms are really starting to bicker much more in the last days? In the last two days I'm seeing so much comparison topics and shade-throwing between the fandoms (Gfriend/RV/Twice) it's actually really funny te read all of it and at the same time be happy Mamamoo is left out of it most of the time Maybe they don't take seriously Mamamoo but, well... ... I just want to say this again: PLEASE do yourself a favor and listen to the song (whatever version, just not live stage!) with some good speakers or good headphones, who have at least normal working bass tones. It will do a world of difference! The production of this song is a little different then the past singles, it has a much more filtered/bassy sound and if you don't get that, you miss the main part of the beat. For me, It went from poor-speakers-at-the-job-PC-watching-MNetLivestage score 3/5 to a 6/5 in a matter of 1 listen on proper speakers.

OK, listened to the song FINALLY on some good speakers and I have to say... It's good! I love it! The beat sounds much better than live version, it has a much fuller sound... I don't know why the difference (especially the transition to the chorus was strange in the live stage today), but the studio version of the beat is muuuuuuuuuch better. Love the song! Let's go Mamamoo! Get that 1st win! BTW I like it way more than UOAY already and it has a much bigger replay value then all MMM singles (except Mr. Ambiguous and Girl Crush maybe) which is a big, big bonus... wondering if am I the only one feeling like that?

I ordered in the past all three of their minis through kpoptown and everything went smoothly (the cheap "mail" takes cca 1 month, the costly one is faster 1-2 weeks), got the posters as promised, Pink Funky had the cards inside, so all in all, it was good and it counts for Hanteo etc., so the sales are recorded to help MMM. Don't know anything about the other one.

I love Hometown - that song is incredible to me - the title track sounds great, Funky Boy, Friday Night, Recipe,... maybe others too, but those are the ones that really picked my interest, so yeah... I preordered the album already before the teaser since the pre-releases hyped me up enough and I already have faith in Mamamoo and especially Kim Do Hoon - this guy is an awesome producer and just does his own thing and I think it's a perfect fit for Mamamoo, so until they work together, I know they will always bring the quality. I'M HYPED!!! BTW Those of you who are still deciding if you're gonna buy the album... I suggest you decide quickly, because in the past Mamamoo's albums ALWAYS sold out very quickly (because RBW didn't print a lot of copies) and then you had to wait for a month or so to order it. I hope this doesn't happen this time and RBW doesn't underestimate the Moomoodom again, but... you were warned

Is it just me, or we can hear people laughing outside their recording booth a couple of times during the show (during the jingle creation process)? LOL Mamamoo is just fun EDIT: LOOOOOOL HWA SA SUCH A TROLL... "Should I say my aegyo went through puberty?" HAHAHAHAHAHA EDIT2: LOL @ the family&friends talent show. This was actually really, really entertaining. Mamamoo girls slayed it! Loved the rant and agree completely! And that tweet with Hwa Sa dropping some truth upon delusional mms... Mamamoo are really doing sexy all the time... just in their own, classy, non-trashy way... I mean, I'm a guy and I found a lot of their stage outfits, clothes, performances really sexy, I don't understand some people - are they blind or what?! ... and let's not start talking about how Solar drops it whenever she gets the chance to improvise her dancing I can't wait to see the Solar photoshoot... The last teaser sounds great... they look awesome in those "retro" clothes with those glasses... especially Whee In looks totally BADASS!

Okaaaaaaaaaay! Mamamoo keeps surprising me and make me love them even more! Why am I such a fanboy?!?! The album package... The CD looking like vinyl... The image teasers... The sound of the teasers... (the one with Solar+HwaSa is much better than the one with Moonbyul&WheeIn... so if the single is one of these two, I hope for the former!) I don't know how it will do on charts, but one thing I'd bet on easily - the album is going to sell more then the first three minis combined together.

I really hope that's not the sound of the song and Sparkilene is right. I really do. Just that. I really, really doubt they'd be dressed like that for a song with a synth-driven beat like that...
