I think it's the first (maybe a Rania reformation or a new group). I did some searching around and Dr Music has been having auditions, most recently was last month, since last year. I was really hoping one of the girls would have gotten a spot on Her Secret Weapon but oh well... hopefully we get something this year though.

Either use [///media]instagram link (works for photos and videos from instagram) or a youtube/dailymotion link[///media] without the slashes, or the button that says image (it has a "picture" of a tree) with the link to the photo

It just means they don't have a manager (someone to watch them) anymore. It shouldn't have delayed their comeback since the manager doesn't put together concepts/music/etc.
