Before, they said it was Ri Won that was supposed to join DR, so I guess both of them did... BUT IS THIS THE SAME PERSON.

They said it'd be released in June in the emails they sent out to the people who donated.

Their company opened up an audition page on their site and it looks like it's a part of their Chinese promotion (it has a few Chinese websites mentioned on the notice).

But... I mean, you can't judge anything from that. Sucks that everything was done and they could have had the comeback (maybe instead of the Thailand trip  ) though.

Makestar is being really elusive, I've talked to some other people who haven't been able to get a response from them regarding a refund or the option of getting Hyeme and Alex's release in addition to the August release. It seems like the only way to get a response is to call but with international calling charges it's not convenient at all.

 

And, of course, DR Music doesnt respond to emails either.

My expectations are really low (I think Enterhama is a new company when it comes to idol groups) but it looks like they're already on the right track! I hope whatever they do works out for them and Rania fans continue to support them! I'm gonna miss seeing them perform Rania songs though. 

 

And for the girls remaining in Rania (and the girls that will more than likely join), I really hope that company finally gets it together for their sake.

I'm not sure if any of you donated to the Makestar thing, but if you did, have you emailed them and heard back? They said we had to email them about an update with the rewards but I've tried a few times before and no reply. 

Is this really new?!!

The photoshoot was done in March while they were in Thailand but was just released this month.

This is really worrying about T-ae, Xia and Di, especially since they can't release information about their situation since they say that they're "still getting advice from our attorney". If they're still in the group, what advice would they need from their attorney???  

 

Just from my POV, it sounds like the girls either want out (but by doing so now it would be a breach of contract, which would be why they need the attorneys) or a revision to their current contract. And the "in our 28 years it's never been a time where the company has violated the contract" I feel like just shifts the blame on the girls if they can't work things out because then the company and just say "well we tried".

I was assuming that it was a single album with three songs - releasing info about 3 separate comebacks wouldn't be really logical? Then again this company continues to not make sense to me after 5 years.

They also address the issue with the dancers - it seems like the VR shoot where 4/6 of Rania were in had backup dancers? (I don't remember seeing any? Maybe they were edited out? And all they were doing were playing around in the caves so what was the point?). Some members weren't paid directly after but they said they've spoken with the leader of the dance team and no longer have anything to do with that. (From A1ST Central)

People should start trying to get in touch with Makestar to see if they can put some pressure on DR Music.

I've emailed Makestar twice (once in March and again this week) and haven't gotten a response from them.

 

I don't think people can even get refunds now because PayPal only gives you 30 days to request one, iirc?

We're still waiting on a statement from them regarding Riko, I really doubt they'll say anything about these three. And while it'd be nice of the girls to say something they don't have to, none of the other girls who left did (except for Joy). The fan page was wrong to say anything as if it was confirmed though.

 

And, yeah, it looks like they just took money. 4 months after things were supposed to be sent out and all the company has given is excuses about why things aren't ready and they didn't even fulfill what was promised through pledging (exclusive content).

None of the old members follow the manager on Instagram anymore.

I think so but T-ae would follow/unfollow him every now and then.

DRM seems to take good care of them though (seemingly happy, they never talk about any crazy diets), so they have that going for them at least.

 

And here are some of the military performances from last year.

 

I don't know when this happened but Di unfollowed 7RaniaGirls, Alex, Hyeme and Seulji (and maybe the official Rania account too, but I don't remember if she was actually following it) on both Twitter and Instagram.

I still believe they're actively practicing for the comeback actually (bless Alex for keeping us updated constantly).

 

Also if I remember correctly didn't DR say in their statement that they were aiming for an April comeback since they said something like they were in the last stages of production?

 

Well 3/6ths are still practicing anyway, the original 3 members haven't been seen doing anything...

 

The last statement regarding a comeback was when the girl's did their Lunar New Year shoot and Di said they were aiming for a March comeback - the last thing DRM said was about the anniversary gift album and that was just postponed until they speak to their distributor.

What you mean the "fan gift" being pushed back? Was it postponed by the people in charge of it? or do you mean pushed back as in rejected? and that's really screwed up that nobody even mentioned their 5th anniversary. As if they're pretending it didn't happened, or don't care to or maybe things are so chopped n screwed behind the scenes. Alex is posting stuff, even rolling around with their manager/CEO w/e he is and the rest of rania is mostly MIA. This shit is so messy omfg. uuuuugggghhhh

 

I meant fan gift as in Rania's gift to fans, the single album that was going to be released on the 8th! But the date itself wasn't really acknowledged either - just Alex and Hyeme commenting/liking the picture of the cake and probably some photos on Instagram.

I just wanna know why some of the girls haven't been on social media for almost a month. Like literally no type of update on anything?

 

That's what I was wondering too. I was expecting at least something for their anniversary (especially with the "fan gift" being pushed back, a tweet/instagram post from the original members especially would have been nice). 

 

I hope things start looking up for them but for me it just sounds like their company is on their last leg. 

I'm so happy to hear that they really performed their old songs. This would literally be the 1st time they've performed them with the new lineup!   

 

First time for Dr Feel Good but they've performed Just Go and Style with Seulji and Hyeme last year!
