They were Baby VOX's company and all of those people involved back then are probably gone, except for their CEO. And the industry has changed a lot since back then, it seems more over saturated and fast paced. Officially, yes. But she's not promoting at all until she's done with school.

I think US advancement should only happen if you have a (relatively) large, (financially) supportive and vocal fanbase there and/or speak English fluently (to connect with fans easily) but I agree if they entered with a completely kpop look that it'll fail. Maybe if they went with something like the recent girl groups Little Mix (or Fifth Harmony) where there's a focus on more talent than looks, it could be decent. They'd need a killer song though. I wish they were too. It'd be nice to see them active when they're not promoting. And to see them promote more than once a year.

I don't think they're kicking people out, imo it's more that they realize that they aren't getting the success they expected. Like Joy said she'd lost interest in being in the group and then later wanted to go solo in her home country. I don't know why I never really thought anything about her? I mean I knew she was a capable vocalist but I've never really given her much thought beyond that. Probably because DRM has never really pushed her as anything (I know they did the Chinese-speaking thing for their showcase but she can't really speak the language iirc) the way that they've done for the other girls. Try not to think about it too much, these girls have gotten crap from so many people from the time they've debuted and hopefully this year they can prove some of them wrong.

I know Riko isn't expected back until 2015 but most girl group members who leave for school usually don't return (to their groups anyway). I don't think that's the reason at all since most groups usually only have one main vocal. They could easily make Riko lead vocal and Jooyi main vocal, and find songs that display both of their voices (all of the girls voices really, Xia's improved a lot and I could see her stepping up to be a good 'second-lead'). Have they? I haven't seen anything negative about them as of late. I'm just really hoping that this comeback can be free of "controversy" and have a follow up promotion (which they haven't had since 2011 -_- )

T-ae will be there, she's been participating in these random videos (like the support message and whatever that Spanish company is doing) and she was just at a performance earlier this month. I really think that this 5 member team they have now is the final group.
