The management system at JYPEnt. needs to change badly. It's like they explode the rookies and then once they seem to have reached the top they let them down because they've started planning someone else's debut. Imo it's better if you only have a few groups you can handle well. I take SM as an example for this. Although they're probably the agency with more scandals about artists being exploited/overworked, they're probably also the most successful (not saying others are not but most SM artists are really big). Ofc I don't want miss A to be overworked but they obviously need a different promotion system and I'm talking about longer promotions (including 2+ singles at live broadcasts, not just the main single because their albums have great songs which are never done live and it's such a shame) and more that just a comeback per year. Another thing: individual activities. It's good to see the members' solo careers being pushed far and for them to have the opportunity to try things they want to but it's become an obstacle for their activities as a group which is the principal and most important imo. I guess it's hard to handle all of this together since they're not rookies anymore and they need to expand (?) as in acting, modeling, singing, etc. miss A is a whole package for me: they have foreign members which allows them to promote overseas w/o being 'strangers' to its public, they got professionally trained dancers and singers, they got the looks and the attitude so JYP better shakes up and make the most of them.
